Okay well 1 there is some damage to the bottom of the board, you can kinda obvious see how the enamel came off the board, ngl........ Specccificallllyyy..... Well a few areas all around but 4 pins down you can see a clear line across the whole board where it's slighty exposing copper, but honestly that isn't my concern lol Its the random spots all around, some seem a little deep, might cause a bridge or two 😅 but this definitely surprises me on how precise this is. Nothing a tiny tiny drop of uv resin wouldnt fix lol Edit: Finished vid, didn't wanna show a closeup of the cleanup cause i bet a bunch of random copper areas were covered in solder wasn't it? 😅🤣
Sometimes it's safer to grind off chip due safety of sensitive components next to it or strong glue filled under chip, when you use hot air to remove chip (ic) glue expanding due the heat and sometimes soldering balls still not melted properly and tears off track from the pcb making it lot more difficult to fix, because you need to do bridging. It's not new technogy, but it works realy well
Sure, if you like to go into the verticality. The screen is made out of crystal, which if gets broken, can puncture your skin and you aren't be able to remove it. You shouldn't do this...

Can we able to grind the screen ic also with this machine?
