At the court house Sancar found that His family and Kavrok, and Gediz's family are all there to support Nare. He said "what is this?" they said they were there to support Nare. He got really mad told Nare "Come to the judge see the bullet that will find you before the judge". Nare and Sancar told Malek that she had to talk to the child psychologist. She said "I will tell her about my dream so the court will give me to both of you". Nare told her that it was not possible so Malek said she would not talk to anyone. They said why and she pushed her parent together and said if I tell the psychologist about my dream they will give me to both of you. it is not possible then she asked why they were at the court then? Nare said she had to talk with the psychologist because court wants that the psychologist who was observing said no she did not have to. Then introduced herself as Cagla the psychologist that she did not want to talk to. Malek said I am Malek and asked "really I do not have to talk? "The woman said "true". Then after mimicking what Malek did to connect to her , asked why are those people looking at us? Malek said because they want to know what we say. Cagla said "then we should go to my office". At her office she pointed at some toys on the shelf and some toys at a toy house and said you can chose some toys from here or there. Malek skipped the stuff animals and picked up the family dolls, father, mother, and child dolls. Outside of the room Nare asked Sancar "what did you mean when you said 'Come to the judge see the bullet that will find you before the judge'? Sancar said "are you scared?" She said as long as her daughter was not hurt she was not scared of anything. He said he would not harm his daughter. Halice asked him what he was doing? He said "What do you say to your daughter's in the future? You furious group. What do you want Kingdoms of Fire?" His mom questioned his actions and he got angry and asked her what was she doing supporting her. He said "You are supporting her but it is okay if Alaca Kus take my daughter to a strange country, and I do nothing?" He talked to Nare alone and asked her would she stay in her hometown and she said no she will leave immediately. He said you take my daughter away, to stop you inside I will be a very bad guy inside. She reminded him again that his daughter will be very hurt. Inside the court everyone was sitting on Nare’s side. Halice said the child would be safer next to her mother. It seemed that Judge was leaning towards Nare. So Sancar said that if Nare got the custody she will take his daughter away and will not let him see her to punish him. The judge asked how he knew that and his lawyer said they had evidence. Sancar held his lawyer’s arm as if he did not want to do that. He then told Nare please promise me you will not take my daughter away from me. Nare did not respond so after a long hesitation he told his lawyer to go ahead. Guven came in and handed them all 6-7 diaries of Nare. He said he witness that those are all in her handwriting. The lawyer opened one page and asked Nare to read it “Today my daughter is 4 she asked if she could see her dad. I have to persuade her that she would not see her dad ever. That is a punishment for Sancar.” Even though Nare later changed her mind but they only picked that part out of the context to benefit Sancar. Jude gave the intrim custody to Sancar and said there has to be psychological evaluation of Nare so they will have another court where the final decision is made. Sancar tried to explain to Nare after that he did not want to hurt her. She asked if he had read the rest of it and he said yes. She said “you put yourself next to my father” and that she could not forget. He was sorry but he had excuse for doing it. Malek could not understand why both parents did not get the custody she had to persuade her to go with Sancar.
Cagla found out that Malek wished to go on a picnic with her parents alone and first she said they are happy together but then she said she lied and her dad has another woman another child and they are different.
Manekse went to see Akin. Caylan asked if she was okay and she was motioned by Akin not to tell her that she lost her baby, so she said she was okay. Then she was talking more Akin intervened and asked her for coffee. She said no it was harmful to a pregnant woman. He sent her off for tea then told Manekse that she was pregnant and Kahraman did not know. He persuaded Caylan to give her baby to Manekse in return he would give her lots of money so she could have a comfortable life. Later Me
Manekse returned home with the news for her mother that she has put in an order for a baby for Sancar. She said she was going to put Kahraman's baby in his lap.

Nare and Gediz return home. As Gediz dashed through the door went to his room Nare told the surprised family that Sancar had taken away the building from Gediz. Both mother and sister gasped. Nare asked them what was wrong and asked them to tell her. While crying, Muge told her she would. Nare found out about the incident with Muge when she was 15 and Kahraman’s revenge 12 years later. Gediz had rescued her after 5 days and after that this building and that area was the place Gediz went to when he wanted to clear his head. It was important to him
When Nare got back to Sancar’s house she found him sitting and being upset she confronted him about hurting her in court and hurting Gediz. He asked her to return to him for their daughter but she said she will leave once she gets the custody. Nare hear the story about Muge being in an accident that killed Kahraman’s wife when she was 15 and him taking a revenge 12 years after. She talked to Muge and Gediz tried to be helpful. Gediz said he could help her with the custody issue. Kahraman dropped off Dodu at Nare’s place where Yahya lived. His goal is to corrupt the man and have something on him to black mail him with and make him work for them. Dudo wants to marry Yahya so she is motivated to help Kahraman and enjoys getting involved with him. She went in with the cake Kahraman had bought for this purpose and when she tried to seduce Yahya, he told her to leave but before she got out of the house he grabbed hold of her. ((Oh Yahya you are so weak)). Elvan has prepared cake and food for the picnic Malek has asked for. Elvan asked Malek why she did not tell her father what Malekse did to her? Malek said “I thought about the baby in her belly and I got scared”. She told Elvan she needed to kiss Yahya to get a baby and Elvan asked how did she knew how the babies are made she showed with the doll saying “I know because my dad kissed my mother and I was made” Elvan reminded Sancar of the time of him proposing marriage to Manekse. When she heard him saying he will never love her. Elvan heard and begged him not to get married because of her but he did not listen and got married and she reminded him that he went and made a baby too. She said if you have any fairness in you would give Malek’s custody to Nare. He did not like that idea. Elvan asked him to leave them. He said he couldn’t because she will take his kid away. She said to let them free. She said “if you don’t the mocking bird will hit her wings on the walls of that house again and again until her wings are broken.” He said he couldn’t let go off her and his kid. She said it is called betrayal and Manekse. She told him Malek did not tell you but that woman hurt the kid and she asked him again to give the custody to her mother. Nare found Sancar sitting outside and drowned in his thought and upset. Nare arrived and told him she did not think after the victory she will find him crying. She reminded him of taking Gediz’s house and her exposing her books. She said that victory will eat at you doesn’t it? He said “I am such a man at a times like this”. She said “but you get hurt too”. He said why doesn’t she look at her own actions? She replied “I am such a woman too”. He said “I did not know you are so stubborn”. “What does that mean?” He said “let us make peace we are taking our daughter to the picnic tomorrow”. She said “We're taking a break in our fight because we're going to a picnic tomorrow okay but this will not end there”. She said she will take her daughter from this homeland. And she left. Sancar called the lawyer and told him to give the custody to Nare and to give back the ownership to Gediz but he did not want anyone to know this.
Nare walked in to Malek’s room, sat there and cried. She woke up told her mom ”don’t hide it cry” and asked if she was crying because the judge gave her dad the custody? She said no because that was not final. She asked if she had a fight with her father? She said “no, at least not over you”. She made a comment about her own father that sold her for money. She said sometimes life forces the person we love to make a choice. Malek asked if she will be asked to make a choice. Nare said she will never ask her to make a choice between her father and her.
But if she ever forced her to choose between her and Sancar she wanted Malek to choose Sancar. Then Malek asked if she has given up on her. She will never give up on Malek. But she did not know if such situation may come up. She added that sometimes it is preferable to let others to be unfair to us rather than being unfair to others. Because when we are treated unfairly, we can use our strength to improve ourselves. She did not mean that she should give up her rights she should fight for what she knows it is hers. Then she reminded her daughter of tomorrow’s picnic with her parents.
Gediz found his sister sitting in the hallway and she was there waiting for him and he asked “When you were little they did not teach you to knock on the door?” She said he is angry at Sancar and he was going to revenge and he asked if she was the same with Kahraman. She said “no. I killed the man’s wife”. She said “He is the enemy and I am the victim. I am not angry at him but I am really very scared of him”. He asked her to go with him. Sancar was at the hut digging the dirt beside the tree. He found the love angel shells that they has used instead of a ring to get married and the red ribbon, touched their names he had carved on that tree and left. Zehra, Malek and Elvan were preparing the picnic stuff. Kavruk came in with a ball. Zehar said what a great idea. Kavruk “I didn’t do it our girl ordered it”. Elvan gave everything to “Sancar bey” and Sancar “said lets our family go”. Malekse who is always behind the door listening came out and asked him where was he going? He said he was going on a picnic with his family do you have any objections?. She said you are my family we have a baby ((She had no problem lying and holding him responsible to a baby that is no existing)). Nare took Malek out. Sancar said “as I told you, I hug the baby in your belly but I am no family to you” . He left. Elvan rejoiced and Malek started to break things in her room. Halice who had witnessed Zehra and Kavruk playing announced that Kavruk will be married in 2 days. Which made Elvan upset but Ese was very happy. At the beach they asked Malek which way they should go and she pointed at the side with a rusty boat. Nare and Sancar both has flashbacks of the day they got engaged on the same spot next to that boat. Nare went back to the car and prayed that day pass in peace. She said it will be for Malek and it will be a beautiful day. Gediz went to Kahraman and asked him for recording of his security cameras showing Sancar beating up Yahya. ((that is what he meant by telling Nare he was going to help her with the custody)). He asked Kahraman if old enemies could become friends now? Muge witnessing their handshake was shattered. At the beach the family were playing volleyball and Nare ((used some of the kick boxing moves she had learned in Kara Sevda)), hit Sancar behind his knees and he dropped down laughing. Malek asked if they could find seashells. Sancar took out the shells they called “angle of love”

Some translations for non Turkish speakers- At the court house Sancar found that His family and Kavrok, and Gediz's family are all there to support Nare. He said "what is this?" they said they were there to support Nare. He got really mad told Nare "Come to the judge see the bullet that will find you before the judge". Nare and Sancar told Malek that she had to talk to the child psychologist. She said "I will tell her about my dream so the court will give me to both of you". Nare told her that it was not possible so Malek said she would not talk to anyone. They said why and she pushed her parent together and said if I tell the psychologist about my dream they will give me to both of you. it is not possible then she asked why they were at the court then? Nare said she had to talk with the psychologist because court wants that the psychologist who was observing said no she did not have to. Then introduced herself as Cagla the psychologist that she did not want to talk to. Malek said I am Malek and asked "really I do not have to talk? "The woman said "true". Then after mimicking what Malek did to connect to her , asked why are those people looking at us? Malek said because they want to know what we say. Cagla said "then we should go to my office". At her office she pointed at some toys on the shelf and some toys at a toy house and said you can chose some toys from here or there. Malek skipped the stuff animals and picked up the family dolls, father, mother, and child dolls. Outside of the room Nare asked Sancar "what did you mean when you said 'Come to the judge see the bullet that will find you before the judge'? Sancar said "are you scared?" She said as long as her daughter was not hurt she was not scared of anything. He said he would not harm his daughter. Halice asked him what he was doing? He said "What do you say to your daughter's in the future? You furious group. What do you want Kingdoms of Fire?" His mom questioned his actions and he got angry and asked her what was she doing supporting her. He said "You are supporting her but it is okay if Alaca Kus take my daughter to a strange country, and I do nothing?" He talked to Nare alone and asked her would she stay in her hometown and she said no she will leave immediately. He said you take my daughter away, to stop you inside I will be a very bad guy inside. She reminded him again that his daughter will be very hurt. Inside the court everyone was sitting on Nare’s side. Halice said the child would be safer next to her mother. It seemed that Judge was leaning towards Nare. So Sancar said that if Nare got the custody she will take his daughter away and will not let him see her to punish him. The judge asked how he knew that and his lawyer said they had evidence. Sancar held his lawyer’s arm as if he did not want to do that. He then told Nare please promise me you will not take my daughter away from me. Nare did not respond so after a long hesitation he told his lawyer to go ahead. Guven came in and handed them all 6-7 diaries of Nare. He said he witness that those are all in her handwriting. The lawyer opened one page and asked Nare to read it “Today my daughter is 4 she asked if she could see her dad. I have to persuade her that she would not see her dad ever. That is a punishment for Sancar.” Even though Nare later changed her mind but they only picked that part out of the context to benefit Sancar. Jude gave the temporary custody to Sancar and said there has to be another court where the final decision is made. Sancar tried to explain to Nare after that he did not want to hurt her. She asked if he had read the rest of it and he said yes. She said “you put yourself next to my father” and that she could not forget. He was sorry but he had excuse for doing it. Cagla found out that Malek wished to go on a picnic with her parents alone and first she said they are happy together but then she said she lied and her dad has another woman another child and they are different. Malek was still in psychologist’s office when her parents gave her the news. She could not understand why both parents did not get the custody she asked if she had to live with Manekse. The psychologist reminded her about the other thing she talked about “before you go to the mansion do you want to ask your parents about that other project?” Malek picked up her kid doll said if she could go to a picnic with them. Nare and Sancar used the parent’s dolls to tell her they agree.
Manekse went to see Akin. Caylan asked if she was okay and she was motioned by Akin not to tell her that she lost her baby, so she said she was okay. Then she was talking more Akin intervened and asked her for coffee. She said no it was harmful to a pregnant woman. He sent her off for tea then told Manekse that she was pregnant and Kahraman did not know. He persuaded Caylan to give her baby to Manekse in return he would give her lots of money so she could have a comfortable life. Later Me Manekse returned home with the news for her mother that she has put in an order for a baby for Sancar. She said she was going to put Kahraman's baby in his lap. From the flashbacks we saw that before they agreed to get married, Sancar told Malekse that he will never love her. She asked why you are getting married. He said he wants to be a father. He said you can be near me and be attached to your children, but I can’t love you. If you do not want this you can marry someone else. Then she said “Which is correct? Everybody says she either became a bird or it fell into the sea and became a fish”. He said “she flew away”. He told her that he will never love her he was getting married to get a child and she can be next to him but that was all and she could get close to her children but not him. At the house with all the family sitting round the table Sancar distributed documents to divide his shares at the Marina and said he did not want to see Gediz so he was putting them in charge. Then he asked if anyone had seen Manekse abusing Malek? Their faces said yes but no one talked. He said he knows she has. Then he reminded Malekse of their conversation before they got married. He knows Malekse has hurt his daughter again, after she falsely accused her of tearing her wedding dress but when he asked Malek. Malek looked at Malekse who manipulated the child by touching her belly reminding Malek about her pregnancy. Malek, kind as her mother, said no she did not do anything to me, but as she was telling a lie she put her head down. Sancar knew she is not telling the truth so he told Malekse that he knows she has done something else to Malek. He said I married for a child I will divorce you for my child. He told Manekse that he will hug his baby but he will separated from her. Manekse told him that she did not want him to go with her to the doctor. She did not want any of them to go. ((Manekse has lost her baby but did not tell anyone about it and still pretends to be pregnant. Caylan, Kahraman's woman is pregnant and has not told him about it. Akin offered to buy this baby for Manekse to pass as Sancar's baby)).
