SBI monoploy has to be ended. Government has to involve 2 more public undertaking banks and one private bank, by splitting government employee funds through these banks. This they can do step by step , first SBI should deviate the funds received to the other public undertaking banks like Indian Bank, Canara Bank or Bank of India, Bank of Baroda etc. that decision RBI & Finance Ministry should take together. If not, RBI knows how much money is transferred through SBI for all the States, Union Territories etc. they can split it into 4 parts(Sections) North states under North Section to one bank like Indian Bank or Bank of Baroda or Bank of India. East section including North East states to third Bank. West section to fourth bank. South section with SBI/IB/BoB/BOI etc.
