sure, except if you're crossing the border for commercial purposes and sending stuff to the US, you need to have commercial invoices sorted out and/or pay import tax
You will get unpleasant levels of attention or delay from US Customs if you are bringing goods across the border to post to people in the US. Work with a broker or have your stock in the US
Dear J Utah. Thanks for your channel. I'm a braziliam teacher, and I use your channel to show my students, in one of the most violent slums in Rio, how could be the life in those cities. Thanks again.
This is one of the best comments I've gotten on the channel so far Mao! I sincerely hope it has a positive impact on your students. It's amazing what the internet has done for us all. Part of the purpose of the channel is to show the raw unfiltered data of what life is like in unique locations. At the moment I focus on popular tourist destinations but would like to also focus on places like where your students are from for example. I think it can give us perspective and a better understanding of ourselves. Anyways, Greetings from the US and thanks again!
J. Utah, it could be a great idea, but I would suggest you to do a one hour film to show the difference between the Rio for tourists and the Rio for the cariocas (who was born in Rio). Possibly it will shock everybody because it's impossible to understand how such differences could exist in the same country, in the same city and sometimes in the same district. If you don't mind, and having a little time to watch I want to recommend you a short film, produced by a friend in one slum close to the richest district from rio.
I'd love to take on a project like this. I see a lot of this contrast in my travels. It's easy for the average person to become insulated into certain segments of society and be completely unaware of just how good their situation is comparatively speaking. I feel there's a collective value when we all have a better perspective of the whole spectrum. I'm going to watch the video below tonight. Again, I appreciate you taking the time to give me this insight.
What I like about this is that the streets are very animated with stores, restaurants and lots of people, all over the city! It looks quite lively and interesting to explore. There are lots of very cool buildings too!
Thank you for this upload. It's 6th May 2020, I'm in lockdown in London UK, and for the 1st time in weeks I feel free. I have an autistic son who refuses to leave the home. So watching this is fantastic!
I miss Vancouver it’s amazing! Such a Beautiful City! I am Canadian and I would say Vancouver has to be in the Top 3 most beautiful cities in Canada, if not the most beautiful, though Victoria is stunning too... It was voted the most liveable City in the World one year as well. Thanks for the Video!
I came to this video after reading horror stories about driving in Vancouver. Is it really as dangerous as everyone says? No respect for signaling and pedestrians jump out putting the driver in danger?
Thanks for the video.. Vancouver is the place I used to live during 1990s and i call my second hometown.. The city looks just same as before and your video reminds me of the good memories.. Thank you again for letting me recollect those days..
This city is awesome in fall. The mountains behind the town are charming and the yellow and red leaves falling onto the ground as well. Good experience.
Went there during early July, and being from Texas, I loved the weather there. It wasnt too cold and definitely was not hot. I really liked the fact that at least where I stayed, you could walk everywhere. Recommended/10
Thanks for the memories...my old stomping grounds...I left Van 16 years ago and been in Asia ever since. I'll be returning next month...this refreshed things a bit...can't wait to get back...
Not even close to Seattle. I’ve been visiting family in Seattle since the 70’s and the traffic down there is horrendous! I don’t feel safe walking around downtown.
Vancouver is boring, montreal is an adult playground, toronto is the world living in one city. Toronto has the most flavour, montreal you will have a lot of fun and is beautiful, vancouver has beautiful greenery but other than that nothing really.
@@xlartanislx Really? Montreal is the boring one. Toronto feels fake, like they're trying to be like an American city but they're failing at it. Vancouver is the best city in Canada easily: mountain hiking, fishing, rooftop bars, boating, museums, interesting history, best real estate in Canada, fastest growing economy in Canada, & clean. Vancouver has amenities that no other city in Canada can offer. Vancouver is so much better than the rest of Canada, you'll think you're driving in the USA when you go through the downtown.
J.R. Productions lets talk about all the diversity in vancouver. Oh right white and asian people. Lets talk about the night life. Virtually non existent. Lets talk about the people, completely pretentious and stuck up.
I'm from Australia and I am visiting Canada for two weeks in about three days! My first week is going to be spent in Powell River, then my second will be in Vancouver. I can't freaking wait! It looks gorgeous over there :)
The Yale Hotel on Granville Street at 1:30 is where many blues legends played including Long John Baldrey who lived in Vancouver for many years, Savoy Brown whom i saw play at the Yale about 20 years ago, Buddy Guy, Johnny Winter,John Lee Hooker, and even Jimmy Page.
I am from Toronto, but I now appreciate the Beauty, Cleanliness, Progress and Expansive place it really is! I am so Impressed with the place, 3rd Best City in the World 2016! Toronto placed 4th!
Absolutely beautiful view of the skyscrapers going over the bridge and first entering the city. Though I'd never been to Canada, I was briefly in Seattle.
Just came across this video. Thx. It's so interesting to see your own city in a Driving video. Looks really gloomy but that's Vancouver in the Fall and Winter. I noticed you have missed some really important tourists area like Gastown, Chinatown, English Bay, Stanley Park and Yaletown area. Would see some really amazing scenery if you do one in the summer or sunny Spring. Good job.

I REALLY wanna visit British Columbia in general. I couldnt live in Vancouver, however id happily visit. It looks very nice, mellowed out too. Im blessed living down here in southern California
CA is indeed highly overrated. Dont even mention cities like LA. The culture is very toxic and I get uncomfortable watching videos but maybe thats just cause of my personality.
This was interesting. I haven't been to Vancouver in years. I remember driving up from Seattle before I turned 21 partying at places like Oil Can Harry's. Fun memories.
I once visited Vancouver on my big tríp through North America in 1986/87 . I was there during the Expo and loved the great landscape: Stanley Park, Japanese Gardens, the sound with its ferries, though I idealized the place so much that I had forgotten about all its cold and sterile architecture though.
I go there about 4 Times a year and each season is as beautiful as the other. My favourite is looking at the ocean from the middle of downtown. Can’t get that in many places.
Thanks mate for the trip down the memory lane. Lived in that city from 1966-85 those days the only highrises were Vancouver Hotel, BC Hydro and Vancouver General Hospital and the clock tower of Hudsons Bay store. Thanks, not missing it at all.
