When there was little to no black television show. Mr Perry has made a change. We all can be proud of it. Many now can watch television not view.When i say viewed, i mean controlled. Not free I mean controlled. We must honor Mr. Perry, for his remarkable inspirational devotion to making possible what many wanted him to fail. Many laughed at his goals, and many said no one would come to watch. Many said he would not succeed. Mr. Perry is successful. He is an inspiration to many. I think I would want to meet Spike Lee, Spike has inspired me to become a film producer. Spike does online filmmaking classes, he teaches film producing at a University in NY Spike Lee also had written a checks for $200,000 for his students to help them produce there first film. Tyler Perry would never do that he want even write a book on how to become a film producer to help future filmmakers learn how to produce a movie. I want to be a film producer but at least I know Spike Lee will write me a check to help me make my movie Tyler want do that. Spike Lee is like a second dad to me.

He has been writing, producing, directing, acting and building his massive theater complex with rooms dedicated to our Black senior iconic actors and actresses. I am sure as busy as he stays, there is no time for him to teach classes or write a book. He also raises his son by himself. There is no other Black person who has done for himself and others after writing himself out of homelessness.
I needed to hear this. Tyler and TI have been my inspiration through my academic journey. A"s through my bachelor's, A's through 2 Master's, and holding down a 4.0 GPA in my PhD program. They both are trail blazers. Thanks Tyler and TI for being icons of color that I truly admire and respect.
I'm so appreciative to have heard Tyler Perry's story because I too like Tyler Perry and Spike Lee have started a small recording studio and record label (Cilla Music & Entertainment ) in honor of my mother Priscilla's nickname, a woman who only had an 8th-grade education, but was morally sound and grounded.
