You should try adding more roles to the game
Here's a few ideas I've had, aswell as some other ideas made by people much smarter than me
Crewmate roles:
The Mechanic:
This role is able to disable any vent on the map.
this can only be done once at a time, the vent will be re-enabled after 20 seconds, and this ability has a cooldown of 30 seconds
The Engineer:
This role is able to fix a sabotage from anywhere on the map.
This can only be done once per game.
(Note: the engineer can do certain sabotages by themself, such as reactor / stablizers, and is able to fix o2 with only one code)
The Leader:
This Crewmate is able to block any player's vote of their choice.
This only occurs if that player's vote would change the outcome of the meeting.
The Trap:
If this Crewmate dies, a sound that's not too loud, but loud enough to notice it even while not paying attention, will play across the whole map.
The Necromancer:
This role will be allowed to replace their vote with a random dead player's.
This "Ghost vote" will be invisible to all other players, unless it changes the vote's outcome.
If this Ghost vote does effect the vote, it will appear as the color of the dead player that was selected.
This can only be done once, and if this is done, the Necromancer's vote will not effect the vote it's self.
The Visioneer:
This role is able to toggle a "night vision" mode.
This mode will allow them to have 1.5x vision, (even while the lights are off) at the cost of not being able to identify anybody with them on
The Security Guard:
This role is able to see the admin map from anywhere on the map.
This portable admin map will only update every 3 seconds instead of being real time.
The Investigator:
When this role reports a dead body, they will be notified of the following.
If the impostor who killed them vented after 5 seconds of the kill.
The role of the impostor who killed them.
The Medic:
This role is notified of a death when it occurs.
When someone dies, it shows the color of who died, and where they died in the bottom left corner of your screen
The Helper:
Once the Helper has finished their tasks, they will be able to help the player who's done the least amount of tasks finish them.
This role is given only 50% of the amount of tasks given to everyone else.
The Emergency Remote:
This role has the ability to call emergency meetings from anywhere on the map.
The Visionary:
This role can see a timer above dead bodies that tells them how long ago that person was killed.
Impostor roles:
The Hunter:
This role is able to track a player of their choice on their map every meeting.
If they open their map, the player is tracked like the admin map, with the hunter being able to see exactly what room the chosen target is in. However, the map only updates their position every 10 seconds.
The Drug dealer:
Every meeting, this impostor can choose a crewmate to secretly drug.
Drugged players will not be able to identify anybody by cosmetics, colors, or names, preventing them from calling out a suspect.
this effect will last until 30 seconds has passed. If a player has been drugged, their name will be a shade of yellow instead of the usual white color, but this will only appear to impostors, and the player who was drugged.
The Hacker:
This role is able to effect the task bar in different ways.
They can increase the task bar at will by the same amount the nearest task would increase it if it were done.
They can also disable the task bar from increasing for 10 seconds.
Only one can be done at a time, and both have a shared cooldown of 10 seconds.
(Note: This role will only appear if the task bar updates setting is set to "Always")
The Disguiser:
If this role were to kill someone, they can take the complete look of that player, taking their hat, clothes, pet, color, and name.
if a meeting is called, or a body is found, the disguise disappears and the player is seen as dead.
The Disguiser can also remove this disguise at any time.

Fun fact: If you observe extremely carefully the impostor goes visible for a really short time when they make a kill. In the first game where Nadwe was killed in storage (1:42) you could see someone with goggles appear out of nowhere which would allow you to tell that it was actually Juice
