VarAC - entering custom frequencies tutorial

You can add custom calling frequencies in VarAC but simply updating one configuration file.

This is great. We frequently (hahaha) need to add a selectable frequency from varAC's drop down list of operating frequencies. If you operate on 40m, for example, the default Calling Frequency (CF) is 7.105. Which is great. But what if you want another selectable frequency in the dropdown list where you and a group could practice (say) EmComm tasks, or have a play session? Well, this great tutorial will show you how to add any frequency you want to the dropdown list. Clearly respect your operating privileges, of course.
