- Maestro Hector Olivera performs "Largo from the opera Xerxes" by George Frideric Handel on the Roland C-200 Classic Organ at Church of the Angels in Pasadena, CA.
One of my favorite melodies. Magnificent performance. Thank you Maestro Hector Olivera. God bless.
Danke.
Danke, Hector Oliviera für diese wunderbare Interpretation! Diese Komposition geht mir bis ins Innerste. Thank You, Hector Oliviera, for this wonderful interpretation! This composition goes deep inside me.
12-31-2020 -- Using this solemn somber music to remember my cousin Calvin Low, who suddenly passed away yesterday. RIP
One of the best renditions of largo I have ever heard.
Marvellous piece and played to perfection. Beautiful.
Praise the Lord - Worthy art thou indeed
Wonderful! Lovely style. Faultless!
Out of this world. Thankyou
An incredibly sound! And nice player, of corse!
Wonderful sound!
Increíble interpretación
Thank you very much, Mr. Oliviera! This digital instrument is better for this composition as pipe organ, it had the "Timbre". Goes in the heart!
Bravo!!! Magnificent sound organ !!! Technology ....!!!!
Beautiful playing and that's a great looking church
Magnifique j'adore
Very beautifully and carefully played as usual...would like to meet you someday

Beautiful!
Thank you.
Beautiful.
Fabulous!
beautiful, thank you
Allen has a very wide variety of both theater and classical models. My dad purchased an Allen GW 319, 3 manuals, 21 digital ranks plus MIDI with six speakers and a subwoofer for about $51,000 all told, about 10 years ago. This was only 2 or 3 tiers below their top theater model, and they ranged down to a 2 manual 12 or 13 rank version with two speakers for much less. So actually a lot of musicians with middle class income can afford an Allen in their home and it will fit.
Wonderful my friend
I like is it Beautiful .
it souds beautiful. I like the text to know .
Heck of a job on that instrument... (I have never seen Olivera play anything that small before!) :)
The technology Allen had for classical organs also goes back a long way now and you might be able to find real steals online in used organs... even as far back as the 1980s Allen classical organs at least had excellent pipelike sound.
@Fervorum
yes you are right.. they both are very expensive... in fact most pedal boards are like Viscount and Content midi 30 and 32 note pedalboards....
the rrrrrrrrrrrrroland classic
What modern keyboards in our era can do?
About the same like old classics.
Awesome, and price isn't expensive compared to the value
Perfect!

I wish Roland had a 2 manual 56 key organ... portable like the C2 Nord...( 61 keys)..
Roland still have pedal boards in their range, the PK7 is quite affordable I thought.
If You want it cheaper and Bigger, there is another option if You know someone who can do this for You... find an old pedalboard from an old organ (you can get a Whole old organ for pennies these days as organs have gone out of fashion...) and make that into a MIDI board. Any good music store should be able to do that for You, Good Luck to You!!!
Roland was really onto something when they created their Classic Series. It’s a shame that they did not seem to know how to properly promote them. The portability factor was a major thing. Now that they have sold off their purchase of Rodger’s Organs, I don’t believe there is anyone making a portable instrument that has the sound quality of these Roland instruments. Rodgers continues to make great stuff but doesn’t seem interested in making light, portable instruments alongside their other offerings.
they are ok., I have the C 180.. u need a good amp and speaker.. we don't have many organs in India.. what do u play on?
I need to know what kind of sound system he is using. Probably no speakers involved, just a direct line to ?
Wait is this a digital organ without pipes I dont mean to be rude but the sound is off air fired pipes have a distinct sound generated by the teeth in the mouth of the pipe! g. singh
i have the studiologic 117 pedal board.. 17 pedals.. short ones
Hi. I know has gone a few years🙂, but does the Studiologic 117 work with Roland c 200?
Im still hunting for a affordable pedalboard......i started hunting when HauptWerk 1st came out.....which is probably 10 years ago, baffles me why they are so expensive concidering they are nothing more than a load of switches and dont even produce sound??
I don't really play on analog organs; I use sampled organs and a midi controller.
those are as bad... cheap imitations.. of nothing can sound and will sound like the original.. its cant.. allen and some other brands are very good.. Chk out marshall and Ogletree.. of course to buy those you may have to sell your home.. budget model is 200,000 Usd..
it just costs too much for just a roland keyboard with stops
Buena interpretacion ,el organo no me gusta.
1,500 isn't that much, but I think roland organs sound like shit, so that's where you're getting ripped off in my opinion...
Damn plastic sound !!
This movie should be removed as Roland discontinued all classical organs C-200, C-220, C-330, etc.
