@@ahmeterenmemis9911 Exactly, but actually Gravity Blast in the highest technical level as possible, he's using the rebound of his fingers and his wrist(also using obiously the technique of gravity blast) because of the high tempo of the song. The thing is he actually is very relax even the high tempo of the song!

Great cover. I thought it was going to be over the top when I first saw it but was really well done. Looks fun to play like that - wish I had the chops! Subscribed.
I just reached the moment i thought i could do some more or less good metal drumming and just at the time gee comed up with a new video... R.I.P Myself😅
Okay....I’m a massive Metallica fan...but this....this is better than any time Lars has played it, and is most certainly better than the studio version. Keep it up Gee!
why the fuck is it such a thing to rag on lars? who gives a fuck if he isnt the best drummer, hes been one of their main song writers from the beginning. Without lars metallica flat out doesn't exist
At first i thought...." Hows dude gonna change a fucking Metallica song". Then I gave it a chance, and I'm glad i did. Thats tight as Fuck bruh, and i just subscribed so ill be listening to many more songs u made ur own in hoping. Thanks for the vids
This is a really great performance. Cool take on a timeless classic. That said, I think maybe it's just a bit too much for this song. There are times where all the extra stuff takes away from the groove and dynamics of the song. Like during the "Die! Die! Die!" part, that part is supposed to be slow and heavy. The tom fills and double bass, it's like that stuff was added for filler for the video and maybe for a little flash. When you add speed metal drumming to a groove heavy song, I just feel like it doesn't interpret. It would be like adding blast beats to Sad But True.

The mix isn’t the best..... But otherwise this was great! Long time fan of (early) Metallica here, so you had to set a high standard... which you did! Great job.
The song got uncharacterized... it's unrecognizable... yes I can know what part it is of course, but many "go to" marks like crash and rides are out of place (not only added). I just think a better title for this video should be "Creeping Death - Over drummed" that's just what it is... and would save you a lot of "unexpected" viewers getting cought off guard...

Gee Anzalone is currently one of the most technical drummers in metal, "and also a very smiling guy". 🤘
he also makes a nice lasagna
i would legitimately love to see gee tackle something on the inhumanly technical level of a band like archspire
He's indeed very good and an amazingly friendly guy. Don't know if he can beat Kai Hahto from Wintersun/Nightwish for me though.
@@RaphaRox i umm.. don't get which reference is that?
@@syahmiamir6566 Gee as Italian has a couple of youtube videos cooking. In one of them he makes lasagna.
Lmao "Rude" on his t shirt! He is the most smiling, kindest, happiest person ever!
(4:42) wow, I'd need three hands to do that
Exactly my thoughts :-D
Was it gravity blast or something

So effortless! That swivel technique is unreal! So precise
His tempo is almost perfect
Gravity blast at 4:43. Amazing!!!!
The version we never got but always deserved. I take solace in the fact that my multiverse counterpart has actually seen this.
I love the gravity blast at 4:43 😍
Grandissimo Gee superman drummer
Animale, your feet must have a separate set of brains of its own. Awesome job!!
3:44 so pleasant to listen

Mad respect
Genial ge perfecto como suena esa bateria
Aweome - made that look so easy at that speed!
one of my favorite songs ever man, killed it.
INSANE drum cover my friend! One could swear it's an original power metal song from another band than Metallica. Your version is terrific. 🤟🤟
I was just binge watching your videos and then I see this upload. 👌
I just reached the moment i thought i could do some more or less good metal drumming and just at the time gee comed up with a new video... R.I.P Myself😅
So this is what metallica sounds like with a good drummer. The amount of control over the sticks he has is insane.
Wow, Gee that is amazing and must've taken a lot of practice you're one of my inspirations for becoming a drummer keep up the amazing work!!
Da twitch con furore, grande gee!🤘

Crap.
Lol it's obvious the real drummer is lars he's irreplaceable he's not a great drummer but his playing is perfect for metallica in general

im so fucking impressed.
Hey Gee, please do Manowar's "Achilles, Agony And Ecstasy In Eight Parts" the ending is awesome ;) guess you will have fun ;)
