Agree, but also i feel like people assume with the simpler production (in comparison to exo/sm songs) and the ease with which he sings, that what he is doing is simple, but it totally isn’t. The vocals he gives in the whole album is actually technically difficult, and the variety of things he can do with his voice is mindblowing. Ask any proficient singer to sing his songs… it ain’t easy at all man. We hear him doing things he doesn’t do on Exo songs either, which as a fan makes it all the more interesting and amazing. The highlight medley is perfect, it provides a visual and sung narrative of a relationship that didn't work out, but after which the suffering protagonist moves on with a hopeful heart... an impression proven in the MV Somebody.
