how do you creep up tinker to lvl 3 on small map? only impact cluster rockets would have is lvl 3. panda is better. in ffa game mode you get a chance to get hero levels to roughly lvl 5 uncontested and without fights so when you do fight vs mass air cluster rockets and drunken-haze/breath of fire wreaks havoc on low hp units like gargs. until then the maps are not large enough and not enough time to get tinker up to a meaningful level for garg fights. :(
lol they are not amazing at lvl 1 dude. do you play the game? they need tinker's passive ability to make his rockets good, too. lvl 1 is a disable. that is good. but the dmg vs gargs is nothing. you want damage. the stun time is not enough. @@SgtBrutalisk and dont' count on the stun to have any effect whatsoever on heroes. only expect it to be good on units. there is a good reason why no one plays that hero high level and i've told you a few reasons already. i'm open to hearing other ideas you have on dealing with mass gargs vs NE but roared hippos are pretty good, along with panda. the dmg from roared hippos is really good damage. and the haze/BoF combo... it shows why Kaho won this game.

My advice for dealing with mass Gargs is to use Tinker's Cluster Rockets.
