46 BURGERS EATEN?! | EATING AGAINST 5 GIRLS | Chinese Hamburger 肉夹馍 Eating Contest!

- For this video, we headed down to Alijiang Silk Road Cuisine at VivoCity to CREAM 5 girls in an insane Chinese Hamburger Eatoff! Cheryl, the photographer who shot my recent vanity shoot, introduced me to 4 of her close friends who aptly call themselves "The Bikini Empire" due to their shared interests in fitness, the sun and yachts. On top of all that, they are supremely competitive and challenged me to a 30-minute eating contest - 1 versus 5!
We opted for Chinese-style hamburgers, a specialty at Alijiang, which consists of unleavened bread stuffed with chopped up beef seasoned in soya sauce, chilli oil and spring onions. The beef was heavily spiced and had notes of cumin while having a good umami kick from the soya sauce and a pleasant herbal-ness from the spring onions. The spiciness from the chilli oil melded it all together into a scrumptious dish. One criticism was that the bread was rather dense and tough, as is the nature of unleavened bread, and if left out for long like we did, it would get very hard.
I managed to maintain my pace throughout and beat the girls comfortably, eating 25 hamburgers to their 21, for a total of 46 Chinese Hamburgers eaten. Cenna surprised me the most, eating 9-10 on her own and even continuing after the challenge was over. It was a fun challenge to showcase the massive gulf between a trained professional and your average eater.

This is better! Expectations set beforehand are clear so guests know what they're getting into, with no undue pressure to do anything which they might be unwilling to do/didnt know they have to do beforehand. The guests obviously look more at ease. Personally think Jyanyoga is so pretty hahaha. Side comment but I think this video's dish is one of the hardest because it looks so doughy and I've eaten something similar before with too much dough, dry and too little filling, so I know hard it gets. Would be good to get something easier for guests next time!

Start because of a dare by in 2013! I do a 24 hours fast prior to the challenge, lots of fluids, fiber and protein shakes 💪
