- In this captivating interview, Pastor Sanjay Kumar Dey shares his powerful testimony of transformation from a dedicated Hindu devotee to a devoted follower of Christ. Born and raised in Dimapur, Nagaland, Pastor Sanjay's journey is one of resilience, faith, and redemption.
As a teenager, he ran away from home and moved to Mumbai with dreams of making it big, eventually getting involved in illegal businesses to earn quick money. Just when success seemed within reach, he had to return to Nagaland due to his father's critical illness. It was during this time that he encountered Christ through a missionary. Pastor Sanjay's faith was further strengthened when his sister, who had been given no hope by doctors, miraculously survived through prayer. Despite facing severe persecution after converting to Christianity, including an attempt by his own mother to poison him, he persevered.
Determined to follow his calling, Pastor Sanjay pursued theological studies and is now an ordained evangelist at Town Baptist Church. He passionately works with the Bengali community and serves as a pastor at Jiboner Asha Fellowship, sharing the love of Christ and bringing many to faith.

Christianity was big and hip here in Mumbai before the 80s and the 90s. Then private players gradually came in and built schools, hospitals etc and the charm of christianity faded away. Once business arrived, money became the new god. The same will happen everywhere. Capitalism will spread and your kids will be working for some billionaires company so that he can get more rich. This system is now globally practised and accepted. Money is holding you by the neck and and it calmly informs you, _"I'm deep inside your children. They'll betray you in my name"_
