A Kodály köröndi palotaépület tüzének oltása | TŰZOLTÓK BEVETÉSEN

Nem sokkal négy óra után csaptak föl a lángok Kodály körönd és Andrássy út kereszteződésében álló 2400 négyzetméter alapterületű palotaépület tetőszerkezetében és az épület harmadik emeletén. A helyszínre érkező Katasztrófavédelmi Műveleti Szolgálat szinte azonnal ötösre minősítette a tüzet, ami a legmagasabb riasztási fokozatot jelenti. A helyszínen harminc tűzoltó gépjárművel - közöttük négy magasból mentő szerrel - 107 tűzoltó dolgozott a lángok megfékezésén. A tűz oltásában részt vettek a Zugló és a Rózsadomb Önkéntes Tűzoltó Egyesületek is. A munkát nehezítette, hogy a lángok az üres tetőtérben másodpercenként 15-20 métert terjedtek a teljesen kiszáradt fa tetőszerkezetben. Az épület mellett két másik ház áll. A tűzoltástaktikát dicséri, hogy az óriási hőhatás ellenére mindkét épület tetőhéjazata csupán 5-10 négyzetméteren rongálódott meg.
Shortly after four o'clock, flames erupted in the roof structure and on the third floor of the 2,400-square-meter palace building at the intersection of Kodály körönd and Andrássy út. The Disaster Management Operations Service, which arrived on the scene, almost immediately rated the fire as category five, which means the highest alert level. The firefighters of Budapest worked on the scene with thirty fire vehicle, including four ladders. The Zugló and Rózsadomb Voluntary Fire Fighting Units also took part in extinguishing the fire. The work was hampered by the fact that the flames in the empty attic spread with the speed of 15-20 meters per second in the completely withered wood roof structure. There are two other houses next to the building. The firefighting tactic is praised by the fact that despite the tremendous heat effect, the roof cladding of both buildings was damaged by only 5-10 square meters.
