One thing I hate about Chinese stories, is everyone even the nobodies are always hostile to the main character for no reason, the only allies are the fat loner and anyone also being bullied by the faceless crowd.
I remember watching this years ago tbh I regret speed reading manhua would probably enjoy donghua better because manhua isn’t fun anymore when I can’t read 100 chapters per day or more lmao
it's nicely drawn..but as far as I experienced this Anime it's only about power and fighting ''the evil''..and it's leading to nowhere???..there is nothing interesting about the story-line, because of lack of character knowledge like background history/emotions feelings thoughts intelligence/ moral standerd goals in life/ etc...every episode seems to end open and unsatisfied, not even makes me curious how it will continue because it all is very plain..but maybe it's shortcutted from the original???..feels like that, without any profound..sorry to say but to me it totally misses out on any magic spirituality and impact
Go read the manhua version called Versatile mage 1180 chapter or the light novel which has around 3000 chapter ..I never read the novel .. I heard it much more details that was left behind in anime and even manhua
