If I remember right. Frank and his family were in the witness protection program and were put in the cul-de-sac for protection. She was a doctor and testified against another doctor who killed his patient. I hope I’m right. Anyone out there that remembers this story line? Frank used to be a cop and they were from New York.
If ol J.R. couldn't get rid of her...and Abby couldn't get rid of her...what made a rank amateur like Jill Bennett think she could get rid of Valene? She was WAAAAAY out of her element. As Abby said..."The First Mrs. Ewing doesn't go away...EVER..."
@@Igor_ogi , it was so sad when she died and Julie gave one of her items away. When Frank went to get it back it had already been sold. He left the shop crying and so did the audience.

The Frank character was good human being. He reminded me of Jim Rice of the Boston RedSox who was also a good human being.
Rip Larry Riley. I loved me some, Frank.
He was so fine.
Michelle Hobson Great actor!
I liked his friendship with Mack.
