Frere Joel and Madame Frere Joel visit Beaumont in the south of Haiti to see the coffee plantations. Douglas Wiener from Cafe Selecto explains the coffee process from the coffee plant to the coffee pot. Beaumont is a special area of Haiti with many organic root vegetables and local natural foods keeping the population healthy .Frere Joel returns to Petionville to have cabrit creole and speak to Michelle Roumain about her new Haitian Creole cookbook.
