- Co-written by the three performers, this is a country song about unforgettable lovers, lingering romance and hard choices. The three wrote the song after joking about what they thought was already a classic country hook, only to find it had never been written! Enjoy the smooth harmonies and simple story in this live version of "Old Flames" (recorded live in Nashville, TN, circa 2020).
Written and performed by Theo MacMillan, Mallory Eagle, and Emily Otteson

Lyric
She found me in the most vulnerable of places
All alone in a crowded room sitting in a memory
Fancy finding you here would you let me take a seat
I wanna hold your hand but you don't belong to me
Old flames don't burn out easy
When the embers never really died
When the smoke is in your eyes
And you can't see clearly
It only takes a spark to light old flames
They don't burn out easy
I can reminisce and wonder how it ended
I can say that it was better then but it might not be the truth
Even so I'm tempted to take you out onto the floor
And for a little while we can dance around the proof
Like a knife when it cuts
At first you don't see the blood
If I go home with you tonight
Can it be what it was
I love all forms of music. I have listened to you and your sister for some time. You are both VERY gifted, many people are talented but few are gifted. This is one of the best songs I have heard in all of your videos. Keep it up, it moved me from the start. I agree with the other commenters, great harmony with these young ladies.
You three sound great.. Its a true older country sound, that I grew up on and love it. Nice job
A fabulous trio of gorgeous harmonies - from Theo, Mallory & Emily - Beautiful 🎶❤️
