question. i sold a new in box running shoe no returns. buyer sends me message 7 days later. "were there any issues with this shoe? i wear them 3 hours at a time and they are uncomfortable."...i replied no issues that i know of. they were new in box. the hoka 1 shoe came with extra insole inserts did you use those?"

I wouldn't do anything unless he wants to or has started a return. If this happens you can offer him a partial refund, but I would wait to see if that happens.

I try to list every day at least 5 items, but on days I am not able to, I will end and sell similar 5 old listings.
