My favorite of the two is definitely Man-thing. But that's just a personal preference not based on things like who is most powerful. My choice is based on comics from 70's and 80's , not current story lines. I like Man-thing because you never really were bogged down with his thoughts and feelings internal or external because he never spoke. It was different. And largely why I enjoyed him so much.

Again please when it comes to Goku or and DB character you need to mention which time period. Because DB's power scaling is all over the place especially in DBS is inconsistent. Does Goku have access to the God Power or not?
Same with Iron man as well, we need more information of which Iron Man are we talking? Is it Tony Stark or a different person? Which Armor does he wear? Or he has access to all armors? All at once? Or just one armor? Does he have the Extremis Virus? Does Tony have prep time with prerp time Tony can do almost anything. Too little information.
For example if Tony has prep time he could build a gadget that surpasses Ki or absorbs ki just like the Androids of DBZ (Eno-Sym Armor was able to Absorb the hero Spectrum), or create illusions, or mind control Goku or build a time machine and prevent Goku from becoming strong. But Prep time is not a true fight that is a hax battle.
