That's nice and all, but I can do that same job with my little pointy bars. I don't have enough room on my truck for all those different tools. Now days we gotta carry so much junk, we don't have room for any extras.

You don't need any special tools .. also they're making a big deal about the split ring .. the only force is the force you pry on it .. simply put .. its not a problem
