- A quick 3 day, 2 night car camping trip to Mackerricher State Park near Mendocino, about 3 hours north of San Francisco. Beautiful beachside campsite with ocean breeze, mild weather, fun tidepools to explore, and easy access to Fort Bragg / Mendocino (charming little towns).

I think the best clam chowder is in Monterey on the wharf … so now I gotta go to fort brag an try that one out … also the pomegranate drink u might also fine it in gilroy ca at the casa de frutas I got some pomegranate wine there an had to go back to buy 5 more bottles
