That is just too much for me, he is all over the place with his conducting.
When you watch the ceiling for 40 seconds then realize you overlooked the word "360".
(band director & horn player here) I appreciate the passion in the conducting - but as a performer I'd have a frustrating time following this conducting with inconsistent patterns and virtually no ictus. So much can be improved on this performance just by fixing the conducting - there is so much potential. Expression and ornaments should come after technically sound conducting pattern is kept - the passion is definitely there though
