Hello TMGers!! I'm very honored to bring you this instructional on the rolling kneebar by Vlad! Vladislav Koulikov has lots of great videos out there through BJJ Fanatics and others. Check him out!! 🤙 Thank you Vlad!! -Coach Brian 🙏
Holy shit, Coach Brian and Vlad, two of the very best grappling instructors in the same video, too much awesomeness! My entire standup is based on videos from you two gents.
At 7’15,that’s 5050 position, it would be hard to finish a straight footlock in that position... The other guy could either hand fight you to break your grip on his ankle or he could just bear the pain of the straight ankle lock and counter attack you with a devastating inverted heelhook...

Great instruction! Very detailed, and you took time to explain why you do things and how some of the counters work. Very impressed!

One my favorites and most hit technique
I love Sambo wrestlers. They've had the most complete wrestling arsenal from all the different styles since 1950s.
Nice
I watched his videos from 15-20-years ago. His has been aged well.
Hey, this is great !!!
I know I can do this just by looking at it.

The question is, if kneebar Mike likes it. If yes, its a good technique..
Tried it once and flopped on my head... That doesn't stop me from thinking I'm the best grappler in my gym, though.
