Y'all to play your digital games You have to set the PlayStation to (primary) in settings under Account network then you can play without internet If this happened while you're internet is out there is still hope You have to be connected to internet to complete the Active.. You can use mobile Hotspot for this Simply turn on your hotspot on your phone Write down the hotspot password Then in the PS4 go to network and connect like you would your home wifi internet Thanks for the video Just figured this info would help
