What urtter rubbish. The wb standards existed before 2021. Staff always lose their jobs for WB . Stop the soft music for what will be one of the most difficult things an individual will do.
For anyone that reads this, do not blow the whistle, the fact u blow the whistle its already to serious for the organisation.
