    Thank you thank you THANK YOU! I'm so happy there are other animators who have "problems" with motivation and struggle with that and I try these things out :)

    Nice! I love animating in the morph style. Especially straight-ahead-animation and not having a clear end goal just to see where I end up. Fun!

    As somebody who has primarily animated in flash, I would love to try out toon boom. I just hope that you can change the color of the onion skins. As someone who is red green colorblind, the 11:00 mark was a bit of a mindfuck for me.

      I know this is an old comment, but in Harmony you can change the onion skin colours.
      Go into Preferences, and go to the General tab. Under Colours, click Edit Colours. Select Drawing in the new window that pops up, and you'll see options to change the onion skin colours.

    If you use this sort of technique and make it smoother it can be really effective in making some really cool things

    This is incredible, this makes me feel more confident in drawing a lot of things I like to do; even if I don't have the most beautiful style or the best animation, I still have the writting where everything is important in an animation, I mean, shows like Courage the Cowarldy Dog or Hey Arnold! had a great script and that was what it make them awesome :).

    Hi, I'm new to your channel and have a question. As a beginning intense hobby artist I'm looking to get a drawing tablet, atm I'm between a Wacom Intuos Pro or splurging and get the Microsoft Surface Pro 4. HELP! What would you or anyone reading this would recommend.

    • @Jazza
      @Jazza  9 років тому

      +Phoenix Munkey Surface pro will be limited in that it's basically got laptop capabilities and will only feel substantial for your needs for 1-2 years when you will want to upgrade. A drawing tablet will last an be useful until it breaks or you want to buy something bigger or better. If you want to splurge, i would recommend a cintiq over a surface pro any day, even a 13HD, as it'll be usable for years and rely on your computers hardware which will last as long as it would have anyway, but your tablet will always be useful. In my humble opinion.

    • @phoenixmunkey8111
      @phoenixmunkey8111 9 років тому

      Awesome, thx for the info. I'll definitely look into the cintiq.

    Many thanks.

    • @chariot7654
      @chariot7654 8 років тому

      Sorry for the late reply, but if you want an animation program that's closest to flash on iPad, I highly suggest StickMotion. It's paid, but no in app purchase. It features tweens and lip-sync, and if you want you can check out an animation I did on it on my channel. :)
