Not very excited about the property at needs a lot of work you can see that there's been a lot of neglect. I know some of the neighbors were not happy with the way the property has been maintained for many years. I will say some of the rooms are kind of decorated on the heavy side, which is kind of hard to see around. Other rooms look a little skimpy interior designed. The outside definitely needs work. It has the name attached to it, which will probably sell the property along with being in Newport Beach. I was really surprised at the kitchen, needs almost a complete new kitchen. I think if somebody was to clean up the place, and redecorate it, it could sell relatively fast for a higher dollar amount. Thank you for sharing it was educational. It's been on many video shoots over the years.
