You must have been in heaven, all that turquoise in one place, would blow my mind and not sure I would recover!! You take us to the most amazing places!
I LOVE PURPURITE!! I have a high grade pendant, in silver I wear all the time. Own a decent piece of raw, and quite a few tumble stones. I find it leaves a soft purple resin on the fingers, and yes it does oxidize to a dark gray or black color. It can be stabilize for pendants so it won't oxidize further. They can get expensive tho like 70-80 A pendant, finished and stable.
Wow just wow turquioseis my fav stone aswell as cryscolla .some incredibly gorgeous pieces ! Thanks for sharing .i noticed no mention of tibetan turq .i have some old vintage pieces ,. I dont see much of it anywhere or mentiond so was wandering your thoughts or knowledge perhaps if you dont mind .love your content and hi from Queensland Australia ✌️
To my knowledge Tibetan is Hubei turquoise and regardless of one’s political views on if Tibet is part of china or not it is one of the most famous turquoise in the region typically called Hubei turquoise even by Tibetans so I think that’s why you don’t hear most folks call it that as much as the province name Good topic for discussion though that’s for asking
Dave, I live in Tucson and have called these people at least 5 times and left VMs asking what their shop hours are. They don't return calls and their website doesn't show their hours. They seem to be actively refusing to contact customers. How did you get ahold of these people? If you get them on the phone, please ask them to put an outgoing message on their phone number with their hours, return their messages, or stop having a business that customers can't reach, please!!!!
They’re just busy they do gem shows in Europe and often go to Mexico for sourcing the material. It’s nothing personal. If you’re adamant about contacting them sooner than later, maybe hit up Jorge Ruvalcaba from turquoise mining Company on Facebook it’s the same family and the same people who run Turquoise world Turquoise world is the name of the storefront. Turquoise mining company is the name of the business.
I have to say thank you for all the work you do, I’ve been watching your videos for a long time now and learned so much and fell in love with the turquoise one and I’m looking to buy to cut some rough now and have you any stock? Do you have messenger or I can contact you on your email posted on your live sale & turquoise cutting? I love the darker blue you cut 18mins in the video on the channel you. Thank you dave

Truly nice. Thank you David.
I couldn’t make it out to the big show this year, but as a turquoise gal, this might be worth the trip!
As a turquoise poser, I prefer the pyrite! Such great contrast and light play.

Thanks, but I’m actually looking for a business that wants to run like a proper business not a side hustle.
