    I want to make something like this as a stand alone ecu setup for a vtwin and using the ignition coil signal as the signal to trigger the injectors.

      it is not easy to explain by words, you can at first check the following link to see how the hardware is composed by.

      The Fuelino has the possibility to control 2 injectors, and it can receive as input some signals. You can connect one input to the ignition coil signal, to get the trigger. No need to change the hardware. Only the Software (Arduino) has to be rewritten a bit.
      Regarding fuel injection time (= proportional to quantity), it must be proportional to the amount of air entering the cylinder (fuel-air stoichiometric ratio). Therefore, in order to calculate the proper time, you must know how much is the throttle position opening. Do you have such sensor? most of fuel injected motorcycle have it in the throttle body module...
