Cabinet door in my room use to open and close many times all by themselves in night. Even my huge German Shepherd did not stayed in the room during night. But , I was fine with it as I never felt it threating or harmful towards me. After few years we demolished the old house and built a new one. It stopped after that.

Just wanted to share a fact, maybe this can be a pure coincidence or someone has shared a fabricated plot with you. The reason is this story is 100% true but someone has changed the characters. This has happened with a couple not with a group of friends. I know the fact cuz it had happened in my own neighborhood and I have met that lady (the spirit) in my teenage when she was alive. This incident happened in Delhi.
I also know from where this story or concept has inspired.

Well ...these guys do have real guts to continue staying there after witnessing everything...in general tbe paranormal activity that a few of us come across is very discreet like a feeling of being watched , bad dreams , a feeling of breathlessness during sleep, mishaps and frequent illnesses in the family, discreet shadows etc..
As an Army Officer's wife I too have my share of such experiences in MHOW and in Gangtok...both the bungalows were very old built during Britisher"s time..but nothing like this...seeing the dead woman coolly walking across to tell her story to the Panditji and still staying theere is really unbelievable..that too for a RENTED flat , it is not all warranted....
