Actually excellent

Enlightening 😃
very good review
Thank you🙏
Thanks alot, if you don't mind, can attach the lecture ppt?
Thanks !! So dose depends on which ICS you use … if u use budesonide then dose above 800 mcg is considered a high dose and for fluticasone a dose above 200 mcg for furoate and 500 mcg for propionate is high
For OCS; ideal low dose ocs maintainence should be less than 7.5 mg / day of prednisolone equivalent … but ideally ocs maintainence should be avoided
Very well explained Mam.
It's my pleasure
Hello maam, nice presentation, can you comment on highest recommended dose of inhaled corticosteroid as well as oral corticosteroid dose you use if required
How can i consult mam?
Any role of steam inhalation in mild to moderate asthma?
I Have been suffering severe asthma for 2 years. I have tried two types of Biologics: Nucala, Fasenra. Neither provide relief. The results of FeNO breath test were off the charts despite of being on Nucala for over 8 months. They switched me to Fasenra, another biologic, but with no improvement. I am off and on Prednisone to suppress my eosphinol levels. Frustrating/
Hi @storeymark !! It is disheartening to see that you are struggling with Asthma despite best of treatment... Sometimes simple measures and precautions such as allergen avoidance, Right inhaler and Right dosage and Duration , Risk Factor Modification can help !! I would like to ensure you are compliant with inhaled drugs!! Do not lose hope !! Newer Biologicals that block TSLP and other novel treatments are coming up in the field of asthma..Discuss with your doctor to enroll you in a clinical research programme which may be of help!! Best Wishes
