After almost 10 years of searching, I can tell you the song from 7:01 to 7:05 is; 'John Farnham - Have a Little Faith (In Us)'. But ultimately, it turns out that the real friend, was the fantastic youtube channel I found on the way. Godspeed Grim.
I’ve watching his stuff casually for about a year. I thought he had 200-300k subscribers this whole time. Now I see it’s 30k subscribers and even his FIRST video from six years back is just as good as what he put out last week.
Honestly wish there were more obscure reviewers like this I could find they have their own charm. Also wish I could find more people who reviews niche, obscure games like how Ross Dungeon does it 😅
I’m a subscriber, Patreon patron, and bought all his music on Bandcamp. Grimbeard is a rockstar and it’s criminal that he doesn’t have 20x more subs. My only guess is the “goth” aesthetic isn’t resonating with many UA-cam watchers. The UA-cam algorithm is a cruel mistress.

Adding my voice to the chorus of people marveling at how underappreciated this channel is. I have no idea what you're doing wrong, but it's definitely not the content. Must be something under the hood--release timing? Titles/thumbnails? We gotta figure this out man. This is a goldmine of semi-niche gamer content.
He doesn't have click bait titles or thumbnails, doesn't show his face, his videos are often over an hour long and are almost exclusively on gothic/ "dark" genres. This doesn't make for viral content. Sometimes niche content is good because it's just that.
All the flaws aside, the funeral march scene was still one of the best opening sequence for me. As well as the arrival at the aviary station. They were so atmospheric.

I love that you do your best to focus on the positive unless the negative is really noteworthy. Feel like that wasn't as important to you in this video. I found this channel looking for a Noctropolis review over a year ago and periodically I go back to see how far it’s come in the last 6 years. It’s funny how you can still see the promise this channel had underneath the jarring strings and sparse script? The reviews have grown in depth and offered a lot more of the Grim which, ultimately, is what separates this channel from others. Anyway, I like the fact that I only find fault in this by comparing it to reviews on the same channel which must be a great indicator of how you were on to a good thing and just needed time to find you niche. GAME IS GOOD.
...I didn't know it was by a Belgian! But looking at the credits, it makes sense: seeing someone cleaning an enormous marble floor with a particularly Belgian invention (they don't use mops here; they scrape a wet sheet over a plank like in your credits. But anyway the images you show do have something Belgian about them: a little like a cross between Magritte and Béjart. thanks again Grim. You=brilliant.

Turned out as somewhat of a disappointment (right, iirc). ^^ So, yeah, get it if you're not too much into it - just for fun, perhaps - but, there would be better alternatives, IMO; such as: Broken Sword 5: The Serpent's Curse (crowdfunded, TWO parts also!), then, perhaps, Black Mirror III (the first two parts were reviewed here - and it's a very GRIM game, maybe something to consider :)) & so on... Man, I have Syberia II for PS2, but on console it pretty much sucks, awkward controlls, low-res graphs. You also mentioned Indigo Prophecy. I have the original disc, but it only works on Win XP. Pretty much sucks, it was one of my fav games, and I can't replay it ever unless I order the PS2 port from ebay.
+Rasid A. Fahrenheit (known as Indigo Prophecy in North America), wasn't bad... Played it on a borrowed Xbox, so I had to deal with all of the cut-scenes and whatnot dragging-out to infinity and back. Can't stand that sort of thing, so it isn't a game that stuck in memory..:) *even if it were (good), prolly did my best to forget it - and -somehow- let go of the frustration =)
I love point n click adventures but i just couldn't get into this game. I heard a lot of good things about the Syberia franchise but it was just really boring for me. There are certainly a lot of other similar games to devote your time to.

Man, I have Syberia II for PS2, but on console it pretty much sucks, awkward controlls, low-res graphs. You also mentioned Indigo Prophecy. I have the original disc, but it only works on Win XP. Pretty much sucks, it was one of my fav games, and I can't replay it ever unless I order the PS2 port from ebay.
+Rasid A. Fahrenheit (known as Indigo Prophecy in North America), wasn't bad... Played it on a borrowed Xbox, so I had to deal with all of the cut-scenes and whatnot dragging-out to infinity and back. Can't stand that sort of thing, so it isn't a game that stuck in memory..:)

I love point n click adventures but i just couldn't get into this game. I heard a lot of good things about the Syberia franchise but it was just really boring for me. There are certainly a lot of other similar games to devote your time to.
