As a Christian, I try to live each day as if Jesus could come back any second! I do not worry about when it is going to happen, just that I know it is going to happen. He tells us in His Word to not worry, to be watchful! Be ready!!!! April 8th is my Birthday, I am going to concentrate on God giving me another day of life!
I was working for Florida Department of Health in the early 2000's and we had 4 hurricanes that made a cross a cross Florida and 5th hurricane that went across Florida horizontally. The scientists have predicted that Florida is going to sink into the oceans for a long time. Florida has not sunk. I know that God is in control, only God knows when Jesus is coming back. You are doing a great job explaining the signs of the end of the time.

A true Christian should not be concerned about this solar eclipse. If your ready, your ready...if your not, your not. I, personally am not concerned about the eclipse. My life is prepared and ready when the Lord is ready. Worrying is a sin people. If your worried about this eclipse your life is not ready for Christ's return. As Christian's, we shouldn't be worried about the time of course, just be ready, because there are many Christian's are very apostate. Don't worry about the time, but we should know or how to identify signs. There are more things going on or planned for on the 8th than just the eclipse. Viewing Eschatology as a distraction? That's an interesting perspective. Jesus spoke a lot about the end times. If 1/3 of God's Word is prophetic in nature, that tells me it's important. One of the problems with pastors today is they are topical teachers who pick a topic and then selectively choose scripture to apply to their message. I appreciate pastors who are Bible teachers, and teach the entire word of God, verse by verse. There's so much hype about the solar eclipse because there's such a lack of good Bible teaching in the churches.

It's clear as day we're in the end times. Whether the solar eclipse is the start of some major event is minor in comparison to the fact that Jesus could take his bride at any time and we need to be spiritually prepared.

How do you know that a person might be led to Christ through these other person's videos? Unless someone is blaspheming or a false teacher or spreading false prophecy it's probably best to keep your mouth shut. It is so true that we will not know the day or the hour but the Bible tells us we can know when we are in the session, it will be like birthpangs like a women in labour. Like it will be in the days of Noah and the days of Lot and we can clearly see that we are in that session. And yes there has always been wars and earthquakes but the Bible says when All those things happen all at once then we should look up for our redemption draws near and the Bible says we should comfort one another with these words, so I just want to confort everyone that we don't need to have fear because God does not give us the spirit of fear but of peace and of a sound mind. So yeah I truly believe that we are at the beginning of the birthpangs which are getting stronger and stronger but as children of God we should differently be watching and waiting for Christ return which is the rapture. And again we have nothing to fear if we have Jesus.
Who said the eclipse meant Jesus was coming? The eclipse on April 8 has undeniable biblical references and the numbers that are associated with it. From the full moon in February 2/24 to April 8, 2024 is 40 days. From April 8, 2024 to May 18, 2024 is 40 days. May 18, 2024 is Pentecost. This is not coincidence. God is warning the US. Jesus second coming occurs after the 7 year tribulation. The start of the 7 years occurrs when the Antichrist makes a peace treaty with Israel and then halfway through, breaks the treaty.

I think I heard this on your show, but I’m not sure. It goes something like this: Christians should spend less time arguing about the second coming of Jesus and spend more time talking to folks about the first time. When it comes to this matter, what would God have me do? It’s pretty clear. He wants me to be ready, always, not just when unusual things are happening. If I’m truly doing all I can to serve Him, that really doesn’t leave me with much time to get lost in discussions like these folks are doing. If we’d read the story of Noah and learned the lesson there, we should be more concerned with ordinary days than we are with weather anomalies.
I know for certain we are one day closer to Jesus coming back 😊We should always live as if he is coming tomorrow. But he did give us signs of the end times, it’s in the Bible. I think that means we need to get our butts in high gear and start being the best disciple’s and repent.
As far as Breaker goes. He’s an amazing preacher. He has taught me more more about God than the people in my life has ever. One thing I was blessed with his discernment. And I thank God for that. When you take all of what America is doing, all of the sin against God America has created now put it with the solar eclipse tomorrow put that on top of everything that’s happening in Israel with the red heifers which is biblical by the way, but with the statute of liberty getting struck by lightning and the earthquake and Lebanon, New Jersey to some kind of sign from the Lord . One thing that has always been a mystery to me was the response of the King of Nineveh. Just "out of the blue" an itinerant preacher shows up and pronounces judgment on this city. And the whole bunch of them fall on their knees and repent????!!!!!!. Either Jonah was some preacher or there may be a few pieces of information that we do not possess. A total or near total eclipse occurred in Nineveh on June 15, 763 BC. Some scholars believe that this may have shortly preceded Jonah's visit. There may have been an earthquake sometime around that as well, and one of their enemies to the north was beginning to make threats. We cannot categorically link all three of these conjoining forces, but conjecture will allow us to surmise that something "out of the ordinary" was happening there. When Jonah preached "Forty days and Nineveh will be destroyed," he struck a nerve. (Jonah 3:4) We can probably accurately proclaim that God had paved the way for this preacher. The people were ready to hear the message that they probably even expected. Is our country in a similar situation? Not to say that Jonah is coming, but we do have prophets in the Scripture who warn us about continuing to flaunt our rebellion and flout God's laws?? Absolutely! Maybe we could be so bold as to say we flaunt our flout. But I digress. When asked about a sign as He discussed coming judgment, Jesus specifically mentioned the sign of Jonah. (Matthew 12:39) He went on to explain the three day correlation, so we cannot ignore that in our interpretation. But we are not precluded from seeing other signs. If you recall, the Crucifixion was accompanied by a "darkening of the sun" for three hours. Definitely not an eclipse, I would conclude. But the sun was gone. And there was an earthquake. Again, this correlates somewhat with what we know about history. So, if a prophet told us that the Lord was coming soon, how should we respond? Jesus said that the men of Nineveh, Sodom, and Gomorrah would rise up in judgment of the generation that rejected His testimony. And we have more knowledge than either Nineveh or Jerusalem. It’s apparent that God uses the sun as a warning to Gentile nations like Ninevah. Ninevah was trying to divide Israel. The US in September of 2020 wrote a “peace” treaty with Israel that has caused nothing but to escalate existing tension in Israel. God isn’t happy about the US trying dividing Israel. Yes, it looks like peace but it’s all about war. Who authored that treaty in September 2020 called the Abraham Accords ??? I’ll let you do the research on that. It is time to wake up. The Lord is coming. Maranatha! I'm ready, are you?
Granger Smith. You have been my favorite country artist. I'm happy you have taken to religion. In the early 90's I read the Bible every day. Said the rosaries. I said my morning prayers. Prayer before a meal. I was accused by my 8-year-old niece. That I touched her. As fast as that happens. It went away. Last year, Mom said I'm not acting like myself. She and my sister took me to a spiritual healer. He said I had three evil entities. The next day. Went back to have them removed. Mom asked me how I felt. I told her I felt happy. Then she told me what I had done. I told her, why do I feel happy. If I did all that? She said I stole her & boyfriend's money. But, I don't remember doing that. My family doesn't trust me. Some even stopped talking to me. I was never close to my family. I tried getting into the Bible. But have trouble. I want to read about Wiccan. And become one. Someone told me Jesus is lord and God. I told him. How can he be both father and son? They said in a different Bible. Jesus and God are the same. I refused to believe. When I read the Bible. I read up to Psalms. Read all the gospels. And the book of Revelation. I was devoted to reading the Bible. I tried to follow the ten commands. But it was hard to. But I kept going. Years later, I had an accident. I suffered a head trauma. I looked up to the sky. And said, God, I ask only three things from you. One protect my family. Two protect my friends. Three leave me alone. I didn't talk bad about God. I just didn't want anything to do with him. But, that reminds me of the lost lamb. Jesus went after him. He never left me alone. But, now I need help getting back to the Bible. This is great food for thought. There are some sketchy escapologists out there but there are also some good ones. I highly recommend the Troy Brewer video “I Got to tell Michael Knowles about the 2024 Eclipse!” It’s fascinating, with a great perspective from Troy. He is a very reputable pastor, author from Texas. I’ve been to his church. Yes, we are not to be fearful but we are to stay alert and awake. God gave us signs for a reason.
Many people are stupid. Instead of trying to find signs they should learn the context of the Bible. To read a bible that shows the different languages meaning of words doesn’t describe the context of the words, the real meaning of passages. Meanings of words have varied through the biblical time. No one knows the “When” just as Jesus stated. Thanks Granger for helping people understand what Paul, Jonah, Jesus & God said. I love that you encourage people to have faith and that God loves us. Keep helping people understand God’s love and Jesus’ grace. I believe the gospel has been spoken to all nations. The nations being the far places that the 12 disciples reached. They reached all the chosen people (Jews) who had scattered to all ends of the land during that biblical time. Paul didn’t die until he reached Rome to share the word of Jesus. Rome being the last nation that needed to be reached.

The question of when Jesus was coming back has always been a question all the way back to the disciples of Jesus and the first church. In Matthew 24:42, Jesus Christ says, “Watch therefore, for you do not know what hour your Lord is coming.” He repeats this statement again in Matthew 25:13. What did He mean by this, and what exactly should we be watching for? In order to understand these statements, we must get a little bit of context on the conversation Jesus was having with His disciples. In the first few verses of Matthew 24, the disciples were sort of "showing off" the magnificence of the Temple, which stood in Jerusalem at that time. Jesus told them not to be too amazed by it because it would eventually be destroyed (it was, about 40 years later). It seems this took the disciples back a little bit, and perhaps they took some time to think more deeply about what Jesus said. They came to the realization that there were more important things in life than the physical buildings there in Jerusalem that they had admired so much. Perhaps this was on their mind when they came to Jesus a little later, outside the city and asked in verse 3, “Tell us, when will these things be? And what will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the age?” Jesus sensed a change in their attitudes and saw a teachable moment. What was His answer to their question? Verse 4 tells us: “And Jesus answered and said to them: 'Take heed that no one deceives you. For many will come in My name, saying, "I am the Christ," and will deceive many.'” This was likely not the answer they were expecting at the moment. Perhaps they were hoping He’d give them a physical sign, or perhaps even a timeframe or date for His return. Instead, He warned them not to be deceived. In fact, He goes on to warn them again in verses 23-26, “Then if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Christ!’ or ‘There!’ do not believe it. For false christs and false prophets will rise and show great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect. See, I have told you beforehand. Therefore if they say to you, ‘Look, He is in the desert!’ do not go out; or ‘Look, He is in the inner rooms!’ do not believe it.” In addition to spiritual deception, Christ mentions that there will be disturbing events occurring on the world scene: “And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled; for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in various places” (Matthew 24:6-7). This indicates that along with spiritual deception, there will be political and military conflict, as well as environmental disasters such as famine, pestilence and earthquakes. From there, religious persecution will quickly follow (Matthew 24:9-10). These will not be small localized issues, and in fact, in verse 8, we’re told, “All these are the beginning of sorrows.” Things will get so bad and so widespread, that, “unless those days were shortened, no flesh would be saved…” (Matthew 24:22). This time is referred to as the "great tribulation" in verse 21. Because we’re warned about these widespread events, the command to "watch" includes to being alert to newsworthy events happening in the world we live in. When we see major shifts in the political climate, and see nations jockeying for position and preparing for war, we must take note! Likewise, we should be alert to potential biological and environmental disasters that we are told will happen in the end times. Later, in verse 29, Christ does mention some physical signs that will be visible IN THE HEAVENS 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼 : Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken.” Note that this is immediately after a difficult time known as the tribulation (again, see verse 21), and just before His physical return in verse 30: “Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.” While there will be signs in the heavens before Christ’s return, these occur just prior to His return, and after the great tribulation. We absolutely are to be watching for these events!!! Jesus said it. It helps us to be prepared and to help prepare others!! We must be watching for these end times events. They are happening more frequent and growing in intensity. Look at our world??! The events of Matthew 24 are playing out right before our very eyes!!!

As far as the science behind the videos, he’s talking about, he’s right, an eclipse just means the Earth is in the presence of shadows, either on the Earth, or the moon, based on the relationship of the moon and the sun, and they hit the Earth all the time I think with the guy in the video was talking about was Not that they’re really happening more frequently it’s just we’re getting them in areas where people are seeing them more often, like this eclipse, and the one a few years ago are going right through the middle of the United States, and our ability to fully experience a major eclipse is more frequent Because now we’re seeing two major eclipses across the United States within a few years to where, before usually had to wait 20 or 30 years, but Grangers right they’re not happening more frequently. There is some relevance to it. The Bible does talk about some things like the return of the nation of Israel, and increases in the frequencies of some natural disasters like earthquakes for instance, and those are things that can be verified scientifically that we shouldn’t ignore, the frequency of earthquakes since 1948, has increased very rapidly , and there are other signs like the phrase drying up and new Rivers popping up in the middle of the desert in those areas of the Middle East, and there are things that we should consider, to completely ignore them as an attitude that confuses me because God put that in the Bible for a reason. I don’t think we should obsess over these things but I do think it’s good for us to know and understand God‘s word completely so when these discussions come up, we’re not coming from a place of ignorance and we won’t be drawn to false prophecies, or confused or worried about these things, because we worry about the end times whether it’s happening now or not. We understand God’s word understand these things fully then it happens in 2000 years or it happens this week it’s not gonna be a surprise it’s not gonna be as confusing and distracting to us. I’ve studied it intensely and think I have a pretty good understanding of it and I’ll still watch someone preaching on it and listen to what they say and hold it up against God‘s word in doing that. It’s just not as big of a deal to me. If Jesus calls us to heaven today I’m great with that and people argue about pre-trip or midrib or post trip, if you know what’s gonna happen and how it all ends up and what you need to do, it makes all that less confusing either way. So in understanding it to me, it doesn’t matter if it’s Post trip pre-trip mid trip, I know what I need to do either way and it is what it is but if it happens in our lifetimes, those who understand it aren’t gonna be running around like a chicken with their head cut off, trying to figure it all out at the last minute, because the truth is when you’re talking about Dozens of prophecies and revelation and references throughout scripture trying to put it together. It’s a pretty huge puzzle and it’s not something you’re gonna figure out in 30 minutes and you can cover most of it in maybe 3 to 20 hours but dash will study it, and understand it Could take years and that’s why we don’t just read and study the Bible for year and then think we’ve got it all figured out and go on with our life. We keep studying it and not just eschatology but everything. I’ve been studying the relationship with Jewish people in light of what’s been going on For the last year over there and I was somebody who had been studying this for 30 years and as I keep going back to my Bible to try to figure things out I realize that there are things I’ve read repeatedly that I’m just now understanding. I’m scrambling understand our relationship through God with the Jewish people, and finding that it’s just as intense and takes hours and hours and hours of study, and even after decades of being a Christian and hearing sermons on this stuff and reading it before I never realized what a huge connection and how critical it was to Christianity and who Jesus Christ is, and our relationship with him, it is our history history. It is how we know Who God is and his nature. That’s a more acceptable concept in the theological communities but for some reason a lot of people just throw eschatology or the study of the end times out the window and I get that it’s confusing and hard to understand but it’s a huge part of God‘s word, and, I don’t see how people can justify saying it’s somehow irrelevant or we don’t need to know about it and we should just blow it off and ignore it. It’s like everything else in the Bible. Of course we shouldn’t obsess about it and get all distracted with it but we shouldn’t ignore it either and the truth is it’s more relevant now than I’ve ever seen it before when I studied back in the 80s and 90s it was interesting but it didn’t seem like anything that would ever unfold in my lifetime , now watching the world today and reading through these prophecies in the book of revelation, it’s like watching the news it’s unfolding right before our eyes. That doesn’t mean it’s gonna happen this week, and it may not happen for 1000 years, we don’t know, but Understanding it makes absorbing everything going on in our world right now a whole lot, less confusing and a whole lot less-scary. I don’t think we should be learning it from Internet shorts but it’s a pretty relevant thing in society at this point and we should understand these things especially if we’re going to watch these videos and discuss these topics that are being discussed an increasing rate these days. As far as eclipses in general, they were mentioned several time in the Bible, including the crucifixion, and God‘s word does talk about signs and wonders and wonders in the heavens, so I think it’s something that Christians should study should understand that way when they see all these videos on the Internet, number one understand what most of these people are talking about and number two and more importantly, they see through the mistakes, and in some cases deceptions. And honestly, I’ve got no problem with this guy in the first video or people talking about these things and I think it’s good that people are questioning whether or not events going on in the world right now are biblical and talking about God and salvation and even if they’re getting it wrong or just asking questions at least they’re thinking about it instead of ignoring it and as Christians it’s a good thing if we understand this and are able to answer peoples questions and understand the parts of it, we do know and the parts where it tells us there are things we can’t knowahead of time. It was important in us for Jesus to speak about it frequently, I don’t see how we can think it’s a good idea to ignore it.

I started in the last two days watching UA-cam videos, but they have to be about God from people I trust love the Lord, and I saw this man preach, and he wants people to turn to Jesus Christ. I missed what the email was to email. If you read this, sir, I've got serious questions, and they aren't about the end unless that's how others may look at it, but it's not.
I've been through so many ends of the world for the strangest reasons. The solar eclipse has happened many times in my long lifetime. The conjunctions with the planets in alignment were supposed to pull the earth apart. 2000 was supposed to be the end all be all. Just watch the shadows during the eclipse. Fascinating. In your comment about the gospel being Proclaimed in ‘all nations’, it’s not saying every corner of that nation specifically. Right? So, recently, after (my rebirth day of 50 years is this easter) I met someone who said they had NEVER heard the gospel before. I was shocked. How could someone life in this nation and not have at least heard it before? But there we have it. So when it says ‘every Nation’ is it saying every person of every town or city of every Nation has to hear it first, or just that it’s ’reached’ that nation. Just a thought
Thank you for this video. I have a friend who is obsessed with this and does what 2 of the people in the video were doing with eisegesis instead of exegesis like we're supposed to do. I've tried to help her but she refuses to believe me even when clearly showing her right in the bible what it says. I'm not on TikTok but have heard that she's now doing these videos herself while so confused and leading others who are confused with it like if she's an authority on this stuff.

As a Christian, I try to live each day as if Jesus could come back any second! I do not worry about when it is going to happen, just that I know it is going to happen. He tells us in His Word to not worry, to be watchful! Be ready!!!! April 8th is my Birthday, I am going to concentrate on God giving me another day of life!

Viewing Eschatology as a distraction? That's an interesting perspective. Jesus spoke a lot about the end times. If 1/3 of God's Word is prophetic in nature, that tells me it's important. One of the problems with pastors today is they are topical teachers who pick a topic and then selectively choose scripture to apply to their message. I appreciate pastors who are Bible teachers, and teach the entire word of God, verse by verse. There's so much hype about the solar eclipse because there's such a lack of good Bible teaching in the churches.

It is so true that we will not know the day or the hour but the Bible tells us we can know when we are in the session, it will be like birthpangs like a women in labour. Like it will be in the days of Noah and the days of Lot and we can clearly see that we are in that session. And yes there has always been wars and earthquakes but the Bible says when All those things happen all at once then we should look up for our redemption draws near and the Bible says we should comfort one another with these words, so I just want to confort everyone that we don't need to have fear because God does not give us the spirit of fear but of peace and of a sound mind. So yeah I truly believe that we are at the beginning of the birthpangs which are getting stronger and stronger but as children of God we should differently be watching and waiting for Christ return which is the rapture. And again we have nothing to fear if we have Jesus.

Who said the eclipse meant Jesus was coming?
The eclipse on April 8 has undeniable biblical references and the numbers that are associated with it. From the full moon in February 2/24 to April 8, 2024 is 40 days. From April 8, 2024 to May 18, 2024 is 40 days. May 18, 2024 is Pentecost. This is not coincidence. God is warning the US.
Jesus second coming occurs after the 7 year tribulation. The start of the 7 years occurrs when the Antichrist makes a peace treaty with Israel and then halfway through, breaks the treaty.

I think I heard this on your show, but I’m not sure. It goes something like this: Christians should spend less time arguing about the second coming of Jesus and spend more time talking to folks about the first time. When it comes to this matter, what would God have me do? It’s pretty clear. He wants me to be ready, always, not just when unusual things are happening. If I’m truly doing all I can to serve Him, that really doesn’t leave me with much time to get lost in discussions like these folks are doing. If we’d read the story of Noah and learned the lesson there, we should be more concerned with ordinary days than we are with weather anomalies.
I know for certain we are one day closer to Jesus coming back 😊We should always live as if he is coming tomorrow. But he did give us signs of the end times, it’s in the Bible. I think that means we need to get our butts in high gear and start being the best disciple’s and repent.
As far as Breaker goes. He’s an amazing preacher. He has taught me more more about God than the people in my life has ever. One thing I was blessed with his discernment. And I thank God for that. When you take all of what America is doing, all of the sin against God America has created now put it with the solar eclipse tomorrow put that on top of everything that’s happening in Israel with the red heifers which is biblical by the way, but with the statute of liberty getting struck by lightning and the earthquake and Lebanon, New Jersey to some kind of sign from the Lord . One thing that has always been a mystery to me was the response of the King of Nineveh. Just "out of the blue" an itinerant preacher shows up and pronounces judgment on this city. And the whole bunch of them fall on their knees and repent????!!!!!!. Either Jonah was some preacher or there may be a few pieces of information that we do not possess.
A total or near total eclipse occurred in Nineveh on June 15, 763 BC. Some scholars believe that this may have shortly preceded Jonah's visit. There may have been an earthquake sometime around that as well, and one of their enemies to the north was beginning to make threats. We cannot categorically link all three of these conjoining forces, but conjecture will allow us to surmise that something "out of the ordinary" was happening there.
When Jonah preached "Forty days and Nineveh will be destroyed," he struck a nerve. (Jonah 3:4) We can probably accurately proclaim that God had paved the way for this preacher. The people were ready to hear the message that they probably even expected.
Is our country in a similar situation? Not to say that Jonah is coming, but we do have prophets in the Scripture who warn us about continuing to flaunt our rebellion and flout God's laws?? Absolutely! Maybe we could be so bold as to say we flaunt our flout. But I digress.
When asked about a sign as He discussed coming judgment, Jesus specifically mentioned the sign of Jonah. (Matthew 12:39) He went on to explain the three day correlation, so we cannot ignore that in our interpretation. But we are not precluded from seeing other signs. If you recall, the Crucifixion was accompanied by a "darkening of the sun" for three hours. Definitely not an eclipse, I would conclude. But the sun was gone.
And there was an earthquake. Again, this correlates somewhat with what we know about history. So, if a prophet told us that the Lord was coming soon, how should we respond? Jesus said that the men of Nineveh, Sodom, and Gomorrah would rise up in judgment of the generation that rejected His testimony. And we have more knowledge than either Nineveh or Jerusalem.
It’s apparent that God uses the sun as a warning to Gentile nations like Ninevah. Ninevah was trying to divide Israel. The US in September of 2020 wrote a “peace” treaty with Israel that has caused nothing but to escalate existing tension in Israel. God isn’t happy about the US trying dividing Israel. Yes, it looks like peace but it’s all about war. Who authored that treaty in September 2020 called the Abraham Accords ??? I’ll let you do the research on that.

Granger Smith. You have been my favorite country artist. I'm happy you have taken to religion. In the early 90's I read the Bible every day. Said the rosaries. I said my morning prayers. Prayer before a meal.
I was accused by my 8-year-old niece. That I touched her. As fast as that happens. It went away. Last year, Mom said I'm not acting like myself. She and my sister took me to a spiritual healer. He said I had three evil entities. The next day. Went back to have them removed. Mom asked me how I felt. I told her I felt happy. Then she told me what I had done. I told her, why do I feel happy. If I did all that?
She said I stole her & boyfriend's money. But, I don't remember doing that.
My family doesn't trust me. Some even stopped talking to me. I was never close to my family. I tried getting into the Bible. But have trouble. I want to read about Wiccan. And become one. Someone told me Jesus is lord and God. I told him. How can he be both father and son? They said in a different Bible. Jesus and God are the same. I refused to believe.
When I read the Bible. I read up to Psalms. Read all the gospels. And the book of Revelation. I was devoted to reading the Bible.
I tried to follow the ten commands. But it was hard to. But I kept going.
Years later, I had an accident. I suffered a head trauma. I looked up to the sky. And said, God, I ask only three things from you.
One protect my family.
Two protect my friends.
Three leave me alone.
I didn't talk bad about God. I just didn't want anything to do with him.
But, that reminds me of the lost lamb. Jesus went after him. He never left me alone.
But, now I need help getting back to the Bible.

This is great food for thought. There are some sketchy escapologists out there but there are also some good ones. I highly recommend the Troy Brewer video “I Got to tell Michael Knowles about the 2024 Eclipse!” It’s fascinating, with a great perspective from Troy. He is a very reputable pastor, author from Texas. I’ve been to his church. Yes, we are not to be fearful but we are to stay alert and awake. God gave us signs for a reason.
Many people are stupid. Instead of trying to find signs they should learn the context of the Bible. To read a bible that shows the different languages meaning of words doesn’t describe the context of the words, the real meaning of passages. Meanings of words have varied through the biblical time. No one knows the “When” just as Jesus stated. Thanks Granger for helping people understand what Paul, Jonah, Jesus & God said. I love that you encourage people to have faith and that God loves us. Keep helping people understand God’s love and Jesus’ grace.
I believe the gospel has been spoken to all nations. The nations being the far places that the 12 disciples reached. They reached all the chosen people (Jews) who had scattered to all ends of the land during that biblical time. Paul didn’t die until he reached Rome to share the word of Jesus. Rome being the last nation that needed to be reached.

The question of when Jesus was coming back has always been a question all the way back to the disciples of Jesus and the first church.
In Matthew 24:42, Jesus Christ says, “Watch therefore, for you do not know what hour your Lord is coming.” He repeats this statement again in Matthew 25:13. What did He mean by this, and what exactly should we be watching for?
In order to understand these statements, we must get a little bit of context on the conversation Jesus was having with His disciples. In the first few verses of Matthew 24, the disciples were sort of "showing off" the magnificence of the Temple, which stood in Jerusalem at that time. Jesus told them not to be too amazed by it because it would eventually be destroyed (it was, about 40 years later).
It seems this took the disciples back a little bit, and perhaps they took some time to think more deeply about what Jesus said. They came to the realization that there were more important things in life than the physical buildings there in Jerusalem that they had admired so much. Perhaps this was on their mind when they came to Jesus a little later, outside the city and asked in verse 3, “Tell us, when will these things be? And what will be the sign of Your coming, and of the end of the age?”
Jesus sensed a change in their attitudes and saw a teachable moment. What was His answer to their question? Verse 4 tells us: “And Jesus answered and said to them: 'Take heed that no one deceives you. For many will come in My name, saying, "I am the Christ," and will deceive many.'”
This was likely not the answer they were expecting at the moment. Perhaps they were hoping He’d give them a physical sign, or perhaps even a timeframe or date for His return. Instead, He warned them not to be deceived. In fact, He goes on to warn them again in verses 23-26, “Then if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Christ!’ or ‘There!’ do not believe it. For false christs and false prophets will rise and show great signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect. See, I have told you beforehand. Therefore if they say to you, ‘Look, He is in the desert!’ do not go out; or ‘Look, He is in the inner rooms!’ do not believe it.”
In addition to spiritual deception, Christ mentions that there will be disturbing events occurring on the world scene: “And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled; for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet. For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom. And there will be famines, pestilences, and earthquakes in various places” (Matthew 24:6-7).
This indicates that along with spiritual deception, there will be political and military conflict, as well as environmental disasters such as famine, pestilence and earthquakes. From there, religious persecution will quickly follow (Matthew 24:9-10). These will not be small localized issues, and in fact, in verse 8, we’re told, “All these are the beginning of sorrows.” Things will get so bad and so widespread, that, “unless those days were shortened, no flesh would be saved…” (Matthew 24:22). This time is referred to as the "great tribulation" in verse 21.
Because we’re warned about these widespread events, the command to "watch" includes to being alert to newsworthy events happening in the world we live in. When we see major shifts in the political climate, and see nations jockeying for position and preparing for war, we must take note! Likewise, we should be alert to potential biological and environmental disasters that we are told will happen in the end times.
Later, in verse 29, Christ does mention some physical signs that will be visible IN THE HEAVENS 👇🏼👇🏼👇🏼
: Immediately after the tribulation of those days the sun will be darkened, and the moon will not give its light; the stars will fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens will be shaken.” Note that this is immediately after a difficult time known as the tribulation (again, see verse 21), and just before His physical return in verse 30: “Then the sign of the Son of Man will appear in heaven, and then all the tribes of the earth will mourn, and they will see the Son of Man coming on the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.” While there will be signs in the heavens before Christ’s return, these occur just prior to His return, and after the great tribulation.
We absolutely are to be watching for these events!!! Jesus said it. It helps us to be prepared and to help prepare others!! We must be watching for these end times events. They are happening more frequent and growing in intensity. Look at our world??! The events of Matthew 24 are playing out right before our very eyes!!!

As far as the science behind the videos, he’s talking about, he’s right, an eclipse just means the Earth is in the presence of shadows, either on the Earth, or the moon, based on the relationship of the moon and the sun, and they hit the Earth all the time I think with the guy in the video was talking about was Not that they’re really happening more frequently it’s just we’re getting them in areas where people are seeing them more often, like this eclipse, and the one a few years ago are going right through the middle of the United States, and our ability to fully experience a major eclipse is more frequent Because now we’re seeing two major eclipses across the United States within a few years to where, before usually had to wait 20 or 30 years, but Grangers right they’re not happening more frequently.
There is some relevance to it. The Bible does talk about some things like the return of the nation of Israel, and increases in the frequencies of some natural disasters like earthquakes for instance, and those are things that can be verified scientifically that we shouldn’t ignore, the frequency of earthquakes since 1948, has increased very rapidly , and there are other signs like the phrase drying up and new Rivers popping up in the middle of the desert in those areas of the Middle East, and there are things that we should consider, to completely ignore them as an attitude that confuses me because God put that in the Bible for a reason. I don’t think we should obsess over these things but I do think it’s good for us to know and understand God‘s word completely so when these discussions come up, we’re not coming from a place of ignorance and we won’t be drawn to false prophecies, or confused or worried about these things, because we worry about the end times whether it’s happening now or not. We understand God’s word understand these things fully then it happens in 2000 years or it happens this week it’s not gonna be a surprise it’s not gonna be as confusing and distracting to us.
I’ve studied it intensely and think I have a pretty good understanding of it and I’ll still watch someone preaching on it and listen to what they say and hold it up against God‘s word in doing that. It’s just not as big of a deal to me. If Jesus calls us to heaven today I’m great with that and people argue about pre-trip or midrib or post trip, if you know what’s gonna happen and how it all ends up and what you need to do, it makes all that less confusing either way. So in understanding it to me, it doesn’t matter if it’s Post trip pre-trip mid trip, I know what I need to do either way and it is what it is but if it happens in our lifetimes, those who understand it aren’t gonna be running around like a chicken with their head cut off, trying to figure it all out at the last minute, because the truth is when you’re talking about Dozens of prophecies and revelation and references throughout scripture trying to put it together. It’s a pretty huge puzzle and it’s not something you’re gonna figure out in 30 minutes and you can cover most of it in maybe 3 to 20 hours but dash will study it, and understand it Could take years and that’s why we don’t just read and study the Bible for year and then think we’ve got it all figured out and go on with our life. We keep studying it and not just eschatology but everything. I’ve been studying the relationship with Jewish people in light of what’s been going on For the last year over there and I was somebody who had been studying this for 30 years and as I keep going back to my Bible to try to figure things out I realize that there are things I’ve read repeatedly that I’m just now understanding. I’m scrambling understand our relationship through God with the Jewish people, and finding that it’s just as intense and takes hours and hours and hours of study, and even after decades of being a Christian and hearing sermons on this stuff and reading it before I never realized what a huge connection and how critical it was to Christianity and who Jesus Christ is, and our relationship with him, it is our history history. It is how we know Who God is and his nature. That’s a more acceptable concept in the theological communities but for some reason a lot of people just throw eschatology or the study of the end times out the window and I get that it’s confusing and hard to understand but it’s a huge part of God‘s word, and, I don’t see how people can justify saying it’s somehow irrelevant or we don’t need to know about it and we should just blow it off and ignore it.
It’s like everything else in the Bible. Of course we shouldn’t obsess about it and get all distracted with it but we shouldn’t ignore it either and the truth is it’s more relevant now than I’ve ever seen it before when I studied back in the 80s and 90s it was interesting but it didn’t seem like anything that would ever unfold in my lifetime , now watching the world today and reading through these prophecies in the book of revelation, it’s like watching the news it’s unfolding right before our eyes. That doesn’t mean it’s gonna happen this week, and it may not happen for 1000 years, we don’t know, but Understanding it makes absorbing everything going on in our world right now a whole lot, less confusing and a whole lot less-scary. I don’t think we should be learning it from Internet shorts but it’s a pretty relevant thing in society at this point and we should understand these things especially if we’re going to watch these videos and discuss these topics that are being discussed an increasing rate these days.
As far as eclipses in general, they were mentioned several time in the Bible, including the crucifixion, and God‘s word does talk about signs and wonders and wonders in the heavens, so I think it’s something that Christians should study should understand that way when they see all these videos on the Internet, number one understand what most of these people are talking about and number two and more importantly, they see through the mistakes, and in some cases deceptions. And honestly, I’ve got no problem with this guy in the first video or people talking about these things and I think it’s good that people are questioning whether or not events going on in the world right now are biblical and talking about God and salvation and even if they’re getting it wrong or just asking questions at least they’re thinking about it instead of ignoring it and as Christians it’s a good thing if we understand this and are able to answer peoples questions and understand the parts of it, we do know and the parts where it tells us there are things we can’t knowahead of time. It was important in us for Jesus to speak about it frequently, I don’t see how we can think it’s a good idea to ignore it.
I stopped social media because of this.. I started in the last two days watching UA-cam videos, but they have to be about God from people I trust love the Lord, and I saw this man preach, and he wants people to turn to Jesus Christ. I missed what the email was to email. If you read this, sir, I've got serious questions, and they aren't about the end unless that's how others may look at it, but it's not.
I've been through so many ends of the world for the strangest reasons. The solar eclipse has happened many times in my long lifetime. The conjunctions with the planets in alignment were supposed to pull the earth apart. 2000 was supposed to be the end all be all. Just watch the shadows during the eclipse. Fascinating. Proclaimed in ‘all nations’, it’s not saying every corner of that nation specifically. Right? So, recently, after (my rebirth day of 50 years is this easter) I met someone who said they had NEVER heard the gospel before. I was shocked. How could someone life in this nation and not have at least heard it before? But there we have it. So when it says ‘every Nation’ is it saying every person of every town or city of every Nation has to hear it first, or just that it’s ’reached’ that nation. Just a thought

Thank you for this video. I have a friend who is obsessed with this and does what 2 of the people in the video were doing with eisegesis instead of exegesis like we're supposed to do. I've tried to help her but she refuses to believe me even when clearly showing her right in the bible what it says.
