The Art Ross trophy is not for the leading goal scorer, but for the leading point holder. (goals plus assists) It is the Rocket Richard trophy that is given to the leading goal scorer.
The Art Ross trophy is named after him for the same reason for the naming of a lot of NHL trophies. He presented it to the NHL. Just like The Stanley Cup is named after Lord Stanley, he was far from a championship hockey player, he was a politician. He donated the cup as the Dominion Hockey Challenge Cup, but the NHL renamed it. Art Ross is a Hall of Fame player, and was a VERY successful coach. NHA records 100% are recognized as NHL records.
Hextall also was the first goalie to score a goal in the playoffs..... and let's be real, while he wasn't the first to be credited with one, he was the first to actually score one.
Why nothing about the old glow puck from the late 90s by FOX Sports? Technically that was the first electronic tracker used in the NHL. It used IR LEDs in the puck that the TV cameras would be able to detect. Speed of the puck was also tracked with the system where on the TV broadcast the blue glow shown on the puck would change to a red dot with comet-like tail when the puck traveled past a predetermined speed.
So they have sensors in the puck that measure speed and distance traveled, yet no one has thought to put any in them and the posts to tell if a puck completely crosses the goal line. Curious.

Correct, and the picks mentioned on this video would have been gone by the 6th pick anyhow (where they would have picked if it hadn't been traded anyhow).
Worth noting that the Blues reached the Cup in each of their first three season partly because the NHL put all six expansion teams in the same conference. They had a losing record in their first year, did much better the following two years, but went 0-12 in Cup Finals play.

The calories is for real. I play at least 9-10 games a week and each game I’m burning around 1,500-1,800 calories or more depending on which team it is and how many subs we have. Like today for instance my first game of roller at 1:55 we had 1 sub and I sat for 2-3 minutes tops. I burned close to 2,000 calories in that game. Then I had to go straight to an ice game right after that started at 3:35 and we had only one sub line of defense and I burned around 1,700 calories in that game. So today just from hockey I burned around 3,700 calories. All together with regular daily routines I’m at a 5,600+ calorie burn for the day. Sometimes I play 3-5 games in a single day and get up to 7,500-10,000 calories burned.
