Last used in the production of puddings and mousse, system consists of approximately 150 gallon self-contained electric dual action jacketed mix vessel and dual stage homogenizer. This skid mounted system has control panel with digital readout, motorized centrifugal pump, inline filter, and stainless steel base. Vessel has off-center high speed homogenizing mixer, off-center dual paddle mixer, spray ball, bottom discharge with valve and electric heating. (Stock #8881F)
