Funny thing is, I was up at Bristol airport today, the main reason for the hard landings is the amount of wind there, since it's on the top of a hill, the wind there is horrible, and the reason they can't extend the runway is also because it's on the top of a hill, and that it's just ryanair
5:37 that looks for me like an ilyushin il-96. First it's a Cubana de Aviacion plane and Cubana only has il-96s. Second the left and right landing gears in the A340 are tilted fowards and the center one backwards, the il-96 has no tilt in the left and right ones and the center one is tilted fowards, like on the image.
I never understood how bad a landing could be until my second flight ever from Chicago to Philadelphia. It honestly felt like we stalled on the runway (tarmac to the media *_*)
@@Earth_rings we were on Ethiopian airlines a320 we stalled on the runway the front gear broke we hit the nose down and the plane broke the upper place on the cockpit but there was no injuries luckily

As a person who doesn’t live too far from Bristol Airport, I can say that the runway isn’t that long but not is it too short. They can operate A330s operated by Wamos Air and 787s which they do fly here during the summer operated by TUI . They used to also operate 757s so you know it must’ve been bad weather. You could see it was quite cloudy which is relatable to the uk 😂
2:11 I remember Swiss001 react to this The avro landing in London city I saw spoiler at the tail deployed causing loosing altitude making hard landing 4:47 Sunlight reflection to the smoke
If y'all wonder why Ryanair makes hard landings , well 1. It's about the pilot ( not so experienced pilot , or a young pilot ) 2. Short runway ( sometimes , since a budget airlines can't just land on let's say Heathrow airport ) 3. It's either the weather that is actually making the landing hard
There was no winds at the first video. There's a wind Sack you can shortly see in the video. Between 0:16 and 0:17 is a wind bag that just is flat and isn't not filled with wind.
First one, the Korean 777 it wasn't windy as you can see in 0:16 the wind sock isn't moving, Captain Joe talks about this and this landing was a matter of the Flare and poor communication from the pilot and co pilot. EDIT: I recommend you watch that video which explains it a bit further.
@swiss001 btw on 00:07 you can see the the wind stock is not full meaning the plane is not hitting any crosswinds I think that the pilots where fighting over the controls like maybe pilot wanted to land and co pilot wanted to go around and did that Continuously did that until the wanted to land Btw this is not really a brief but just wanted to let you know but you must of glitched because you fly a cirrus sr22 or sr20 so that’s why I think you made a mistake

it surprises me that, that one Atlas 747 landing isnt here. And i have flown once from Bruxelles south Charleroi Airport(Charleroi - Belgium) towards Girona Costa - Brava(Girona - Spain) and back with Ryanair. I didnt have that bad of landings but the way back while landing at Charleroi we had a kinda hard landing 5/10
Bruh the Royal Air Maroc was a 747-400 (it was not nearly as short as an SP and it had winglets), the Cubana was an IL-96-300, Cubana has never operated A340s, and Emirates has never operated A350s, and most aircraft have external cameras, just the A350 is famous for the tail cam (which the A380 has as well). The A330, A340, 777, 787 and A380 all have external cameras of many varieties.

Certainly not winds. the windsock indicates the weather is calm
