Without applying Energy from within you, one couldn’t push or pull on an object(s) regardless of how much Force you apply. Note: Force does not physically exist like an object with mass. Force is just an expression like one would use the word, “Love” to express one’s feelings.

It is true that the exertion of a force upon another object is often accompanied by energy changes within us. But a force is a push or pull that is exerted upon another object as a result of interacting /touching it. If you've ever been shoved, hit, bumped into, pulled, collided with, you've experienced a force. And I'm sure that you would deny its existence. And if you are currently sitting upon another object, you're then you are exerting a force upon it and it upon you (with little to no energy exertion). You can learn about the Newtonian definition of force in our video What is a Force?

On 9:29 how did you determine the F net?

Acceleration is directly proportional to net Force - How can this result be achieved or established independently by measuring F & a before even F=ma & 1 Newton is defined? If we observe that X increases with increase of Y then they could also be in a relation Y = (K * X cube). It need not be Y = K * X. We have to measure Y & X independently to establish Y is directly proportional to X i.e Y = K * X.
