Bristol City Is a superb away trip , much better than Leipzig in my opinion, rather unusually I'd recommend getting there early , there's so much going on. The city itself also has a lot going on, and I was lucky enough to have been able to stay for a few days. As for the football itself , the performances of many of the City players , especially Rico Lewis and Phil Foden coming back into form, has left me full of optimism for what is to come this season.
Great away day that looked Mutton, the egg hopper I actually had in Soho in January as brunch and was very tasty. Good to see Bristol as my City mate moved down there in late 80's and I went down to see him various times, a great night out.
Enjoyed this, new sub from a Bristol City fan. The Coconut Tree is amongst my favourite takeaways in the city (I use the one on Gloucester Road, another part of the city well worth a visit given your love of food!). Great night, decent game I though - I mean we didn’t get completely smacked up by you - but just great to see the talent on show from Manchester. All the best and drink up yee zider!
Thank you , glad you enjoyed the vlog . Can’t wait for another game in Bristol , and another visit to the coconut tree. The chilli daddy Chinese was also recommended to me
Your bang on about Phillips, don't know what pep see's in him, he's to slow never be a city player, give him back to Leeds, hope we get Salford utd in the final, come on city
That food takes me back to my Sri Lankan colleague whose mum was an excellent cook and poker player . It was worth getting beaten to enjoy her fish curries . Great win at Bristol . Enjoyed this video .
Great vlog Mr Mutton, that Sri Lankan food looked fantastic, good day out all told by the looks of it. Would love to know how many away fans City take on these FA cup away days, I'll google it this time sir.
@@primemutton Yeah I don't know if the whole Atyeo stand was taken up but it holds 4200 away fans ?? It's always a good stat and talking point to know how the away fans were singing chanting general atmosphere etc.
love the vlog mutton, you never fail to impress me, in your last vlog i asked you to keep a deck out for our kid at bristol and there you were, right next to him !
She wasn't wrong about that Alex Scott was she. But can he do it on a cold Tuesday night in Bristol against the Premier League Champions. Well he did, didn't he
It was a very cramped environment to film in and I suspect someone forcefully squeezing past me might have triggered the microphone switch luckily I checked after 13 minutes . Few people sit/stand where they’re supposed to at away games
