Jason this is honestly such a huge WORD! Bro, keep the teachings coming they are so timely your process and counsel is exactly what we need today, I’m a local youngish pastor in SoCal and I’m telling you this process is so radically empowering yet so simple it’s easy to implement and share. Be encouraged J it’s next level.
1) Acknowledge that you are in pain. - what happened in the past? -embrace the fact that I'm in pain. (otherwise you'll shut off ALL/MANY emotions. 2) Take ONE thought and process it. One at a time that judt comes to you. -Journal - sad music? -vent: write, talk, cream cry 3) Find your QUESTIONS under all the anger. -when the angers gone and your empty. -when your just repeating the same things. -not the accusations or judgment of others. 4) ASK God your questions. -be healed by his words in answer to your question a out yourself - God gives you a promise in answer. 5) ASK God how HE SEES the person who hurt you. - God sees people through compassion. -you'll feel his compassion. -forgiveness without compassion, is FRUITLESS. -go BACK through all your judgments you wrote. -FORGIVE THEM THOROUGHLY. Don't process when tired. Don't conjure up pain.
I would like to request you to talk about energy consumption and out flow of energy and how to get it inflow... And on what we have to invest more energy!! Jay once talked about this topic in one of his Instagram lives!!!
When you have a busy schedule, and the person who has caused you pain is part of your everyday life like work, is it possible that it might take you more than a day or two to process just one thought? And how long might it take for you to heal, having to meet that person almost every day?
My thoughts exactly too! When I see the person that hurt me, I’m reminded all of the pain they caused me and it effects me physically. How can we get over that? 😔
This has really helped in such a practical way. Thanks Jason 🙏🕊️

Jay, could you do a vlog on decision making and discipline to sustain? Or do you have any book you’d recommend on that topic?
