Why would you take a $13/hour shift when Uber and GrubHub have to pay $19/hour? Especially if it doesn't tip well (assuming you could get a block with the other two). Also how is it legal for Relay to pay that little?
Simple, getting hours on the other apps are hard. Also most my Relay shifts have been good when i worked for them

i have relay account back on 2023 and they pause my account. and everytime i log in, it said they are checking on my account and it has been like this for 5 months. so i delete my relay account and create a new account. but it still recognize my old account. did they deactivate my account? fml.

I was talking about the base rate, with tips, it's more than fine. Delivery apps were paying that around that rate in 2014. I just find it weird that the base rate is that low.
So my friend is telling me it's supposed to be15 something plus tips, so now I'm just confused lol
