Tip for nasal congestion during pregnancy that worked for me....use your Clarisonic with the foundation brush attachment. It massages the sinuses and gets everything out. Warning.. it’s messy. As soon as you start to massage under your eyes and down your nose, you will drip like a faucet. But it works and it’s a huge relief! It kinda tickles though.

The brush head is extremely soft and gentle . It is a lot like a feathery stippling brush. I didn’t love it as a foundation brush but I noticed it worked miracles for my sinus congestion.

2 weeks postpartum here, all I have to say is: I know you’re excited about baby but don’t take for granted the time you have as a couple. I’m a stepmom also, but we don’t have my stepchild all of the time and I wish I had really focused on our time before baby a bit more ❤️

Stop the consistent nasal spray. They are only meant for short term use. Long term use causes rebound congestion.

I’m not an essential oil expert by any means but I have one that’s called breathe right that helps me sometimes!! Maybe through some research you can see if it would be okay to diffuse, especially at night!
Not sure why you’re struggling so much doing stuff. A lot of women (including me, worked past my due date) work actual jobs that you’re on your feet for 8+ hours a day. You’re making pregnancy seem like a handicap.
It’s different for everyone!
Some people struggle some dont.. everyone's body handles things different
Every pregnancy is different. My first was a breeze and my second one was bad on me. Working or not working a traditional job doesn’t dictate how pregnancy affects you. I had a much easier job with my second pregnancy and it was much much harder than my first pregnancy

tori wilson, good for them that they had great pregnancy experiences and were able to do that but that’s not the case for all pregnant women. My sister had hyperemesis gravidarum her whole second pregnancy and had to leave her great job because she ran out of FMLA time. They also don’t do rehires for any reason so she cannot go back. She could barely even keep water down. Spent a lot of time in the hospital because of dehydration!
Rhinitis is no joke. Imagine having a cold for months instead of a week or two!
So sweet at the end when Bella has the camera and she’s focused on you (meg) & she aims down to your belly. I bet she is beyond excited to be a big sister. I feel like I’ve grown up with you. Try a netty pot or the NeilMed sinus ready rinse for your congestion! It is just a saline rinse for your sinuses :) I had severe allergies and congestion and was sick of using so many meds and nasal sprays, it has really helped!

I struggled with congestion when I was pregnant. It was the worst and I slept horrible. But literally after I gave birth, it went away!! You’re almost there!! Hang in there momma❤️

What's with all the comments on Bella she was literally not even in the video besides the back of her head for a split second when she gave Meg a kiss and her voice towards the end. Meg has t shown her for ages and if she has its been a quick glimpse as it'd be impossible to completely miss her in ever shot.

Have you tried ear drops? I had terrible congestion and I put ear drops in for a few days and it really helped clear my sinuses. I think nose drops and decongestant sprays make it worse.

Honestly what are you going to do when the baby comes and your not the center of attention. I have never seen someone so obsessed with themselves and there looks.
Finally someone with the balls to say it!!! Yes! I've never seen a woman so obsessed with herself before. My God. Everything she does is a photo opp. She gets dressed up like she's going to the met gala and it will be a regular Tuesday. Smh. I'm all for taking care of yourself and looking nice, don't get me wrong. But she goes over the top A LOT. And yes, once that baby gets here, it will be fun for the first 3 months maybe, but reality is gonna set in real fast and the attention will shift from her to baby. She is gonna be miserable I feel. Especially if she has a colicy baby. I wonder if she can even function without attention. She's gonna get real sad, real quick I bet

I had crazy congestion during pregnancy too. Such a PITA. I remember trying to breathe through my nose to see if it was instantly gone while the baby being weighed and cleaned up 😆 It went away about a day or so after giving birth 🙌🏻
