Wish there were more collage artist like you out there I love the longer videos keep them coming just started getting into this type of art and love it .
Really awesome work and video! I only just recently happened up on your channel and I am really enjoying it! I do collage as well, and I have a great appreciation for this type of art! Well done!
This is amazing, I really love it, I hope you did well in your show 😁💖 I am collage artist too but I work in a different way and I do work in other medias too. I just loved the way you built up the collage and it came together piece by piece.. Adding the tools just finished the whole concept off completely... You are so lucky to have all these wonderful vintage magazine pages to work with 💖
H! So nice to meet you! The show went great! That is amazing you do many media, I used to but lately (the last 3 years)I have been sticking to just collage as I never get bored of it. I definitely know how lucky I am, I feel very grateful to have such amazing material. 😋 Thank you for watching!
@@flanzella great to meet you Leah. My name is Elaine from the UK... I'm busy watching some of your other videos... Its great to see your work, I really love vintage too... 1950s is my favourite era... Especially the fashion 😁😁💖
Welcome! So happy you are enjoying my channel. I love the 50's as well, but I feel like most of my work is from the 60-70s just because I have so much more material from those times.
@@flanzella thank you for subscribing to my channel too. All the cars were 60's weren't they I do love the cars... We are petrol heads in my family ha ha 👍🏻🚘
Hi! Please give me a few more details on the board you used: where did you get it? What’s it made of? Any info would help. Also, please tell me more about sealing your collages (I’m new to your channel and love your work!). Thanks!
Of course. The wood panel is from an art store. Most supply birchwood board. I usually seal it with a clear gesso or varnish. I then use a very small amount of matte medium on the backs of the pieces. I usually spray the front with a UV protection spray. If it needs it to look even I'll then go over it with varnish or medium again. I have also dabbled in doing resin as a protector.
Hello, Thank you for the video! Can you make a video on how to used the mat varnish? I make collage art but I have never used a mat varnish before and I am hesitant because I don't know how. anyways, great video!
Very COOL concept! Love old cars... have had 4 of my own... definitely NOT just for men! LOL
They're only _advertised_ to men though! That is so cool! Thanks for sharing.
