Koi bhi sweet Bina chini,gud ke bina nahi banati.
Chaashni is there in the recipe and instead of ghee u have added malai so DONT LIE in the recipe
Nice looking recipe. And I am sure it will be tasty.
But there is no need to claim that you are not using sugar syrup, milk or ghee. Because you are using all of them. You actually made a syrup, of a thinner consistency, used milk and ghee together as malai is nothing but thick milk with butter which turns to ghee when you heat. And when the mixture was thick you needed more milk so you added more cream 🙄.
This would be simpler with direct method....make syrup, add milk and ghee. And of course, use fine chiroti rava.
What’s the point in making misleading statements? To grab viewer’s attention? When you have a good recipe and confident of its outcome, just post it with its name. Those who watch, will watch. This way I may not even open another video by you. Sorry, but I don’t like lies.
