Xikers WAS meant to go on Kingdom. From the first announcement, it was very much a 50/50 split fandom wise on wanting them to go and wanting them not to due to ATEEZ previous bad treatment/being absolutely drained physically and mentally, as they won't stop promoting during the series. Without reason (as far as I know not announced anyways) Xikers didn't end up on the final lineup ... I think honestly, they're going to keep climbing and grinding until they make the general public take note, but I also would love kingdom -esque performances too 😅
Yeahh, it's always a gamble going on programs like that. I think they would be really well equipped if they were to go on. I think about (G)I-dle having "Lion" and ATEEZ having "The Real" because of those programs, and I know it always gives them a chance to push their limits and create some high quality anthems with concepts. I like discovering groups through that program, but I can see fandoms getting under eachother's skin. I'm just a multistan so that never affects me LOL
They were originally suggested for Road to Kingdom, and it seemed like they were going to do it, but then they didn't get into the final lineup. I'm kinda okay with it, even though they're perfectly suited. I reallllly hope that if they're going to do a competition that it's actual Kingdom, and that the video producers don't eff them over like they did with ATEEZ. ATEEZ gained a lot of fans and a metric ton of experience (along with pressure, stress, and drama) from Kingdom, and I think the way xikers works/plays/dances that they'd be a crowd fave from the show. It's also an opportunity to really get to play with stages and creating performances that only get done for end-of-year shows, which was what Kingdom had going for it. So yeah, let 'em face off against RtK winners like ATEEZ did with The Boyz and see how xikers stacks up, because they're a literal killing machine in that setting.
The Bittersweet performance MV is also very conceptual. The choreo isn't as conceptual, but it has amazing energy and fits the song so well. I highly recommend.

That’s how he goes up so fast :) And for the names of the members you talked about : Yechan is the rapper with the voice you like Sumin is the ‘we don’t stop man’ rapper Yujun in the one you asked about, the center in the 2nd chorus Junmin is the one with the blond hair that starts the song in the center This is easily their most conceptual choreo and it’s so fun to watch! And it was great to hear your input :) And I’d say the Red sun dance if definitely worth a watch too!
