Imo they should do what cs does and let external parties host tournaments that are licensed by riot, like redbull/tarik's tournament.

There was a huge lack of communication between riot and the teams, especially when it came to scheduling matches in the subdivision regions, like with team trashcan. Next, let other people host tournaments inside tier 2 for off season accolades, advertise more for tier 2 games and push for more esports orgs to come in. If riot take a cut on profits from licensed t2 external tournaments, they can use that to fund t2 more and give esports orgs more incentive to invest in a team, so all the teams dont pull out as soon as they lose.
Sentinels already picked their players way before M80 made playoffs in Ascension league so they didn't think of Zander bc M80 might either win or lose.

Jinggg could potentially end up as a streamer and Aspas could come in as full duelist. d4v41 and f0rsaken remain as initiator roles. However, it feels more likely aspas goes to BLEED or even a Japanese org since he has been learning the language on the side.

I think jawg is a better pick up than oxy, not only based on mechanics but I think jawgs experience and malleability beats oxy's raw talent, I think jawg can do good in any team while I think oxy would do better in a team built around him
People still think yay is bad even though his coach from bleed literally said he had what is most likely the best acs out of anyone in any region over a few hundred scrims with the bleed team but because of all the hate online it made it hard for him to perform on stage. (Hope he bounces back in a better team environment)
Tier 2 is an abysmal mess. It’s so unsurvivable and unsustainable for teams. There’s really no incentive for orgs at this point, there’s such high risk and for only 1 year in franchising? Like the Acend CEO bencb said, the only reason for T2’s existence is for players to showcase their potential, and orgs investing thousands on players hoping to win a 1 year franchised spot. If they fail to do so, well too bad, you’re back in the depths.

It’s because teams can’t sign new players until October 7th. So if a player is on a different team they can’t play with the team they want to until they sign the contract. Which they can’t do right now as it’s technically not the off season.
