It was him who was supposed to mold and train Anakin, working through the Living Force to help guide him properly because of how radical a Jedi he already was. Obi-Wan as good a Jedi as he is, was too mainstream so to speak of a Jedi to give Anakin what he needed.
Yes, and even so, Jin almost fell to the dark side, so probably would know how to train Anakin better, even Windu would have been a great master for Anakin
That and the fact that he was trained at an late age and that he had a close attachment with his mother, I doubt even qui gon can break that connection, only train him to avoid fear and anger, which still wouldn’t be enough because of the emperor messing with his brain

That was back in Legends. In Canon, Dooku left the Jedi Order and gave himself over to the Dark Side several years before Qui-Gon's death. It's referenced in Master & Apprentice, which takes place 8 years before TPM.

I also believe it was around the time when Kenobi was scared of Kit Fisto during a duel. Kenobi commented on how close too the darkside he came because of Shi Cho. Kit responded with "no i should have went deeper." It also makes sense. Blue lightsaber wielders are prone physicality. They end up wanting too achieve greatness; and we all know the major tempter of the darkside is power. Kenobi as a Padawan always strived too be a great lightsaber duelist. Often asking his master why he wasn't trained more. Much like Anakin did to Kenobi.

I don’t think they should have used the ‘Jedi turned to the dark side’ arc for Krell. I would have much preferred if he was an example of how the Jedi were slowly becoming more and more arrogant during the war without proper guidance from their mentors. Rather than Pong Krell having turned to the dark side, he simply could have been an arrogant Jedi who was literally and quite simply racist against the clones. This would have been a great example of how the Jedi were losing their way and not following their morals
That analysis of anakin was for too reductive. He ought to be #1 based on the title of this video as he is the most fleshed out “fall to the dark side” we see in GL Star Wars. There were several moments in his life that was left out in this video, that we saw in the movies, to show how he gradually fell apart as a Jedi. Just bummer

Also in Legends, Kyle Katarn becomes a Sith for a cup of coffee in Mysteries of the Sith before Mara Jade brings him back. In canon Star Wars there are actually few Sith - Plaguis, Sidious, Tyranus, Maul, and Vader... I'm not sure if Bane or Revan exist in the canon universe. But there were more Sith in Legends, including Luke, Malak, Treya etc. That's why there's more Sith turning back in Legends than in canon. In canon it's only Quinlan Vos, Ben Solo and Vader, really.

Always disliked the Jedi. Old good for nothing puppets. Tried protecting everything, but believed in nothing. The Force is a beautiful lie, where as to the dark side being the ugly truth.
