Will this technique can be safely applied irrespective of any of these above probs?

i have saturn(scorpio) in 7 house and mars and sun in 4 thouse (leo ) turus asc moon in lagna .. i met with an accident bet 6 to 8 pm by falling from bus and auto and i had cut in my right hand
