Thank you so much!! I really needed to hear this! I have anxiety and depression and I’ve lost some family members like my grandpa in the past and I can’t let him go. Even worse, I use to have a friend who I thought was my best friend forever, but one day out of the blue, she betrayed me and said some hurtful things to me and she became toxic and a fake friend. After that, I’m having trust issues. For two yt in high school, I had no friends, until this year, I’m coming out of my shell and try my best to be out there and try to connect sums things with other people. These last few years have been hard on me and it still is a little this year, but I’m trying and I’m not going to give up. 😭❤️
