First of all, thank you so much for your appreciation :) I already considered making more Gintama AMV's but when I made the Kagura vs Abuto AMV i realized that its so hard to find old gintama episodes without subs and in good quality. That's why I never did another one of the elder arks. I just did the Kagura amv because it was this fight that convinced me to start watching Gintama. Once it's back on air there will be more AMV's about it :)
I totally get it, it took me some time too to find the older episodes in good quality. Now i have the first 257 episodes in top quality and with the option to remove the subs whenever i want. Termite BMRSTY Ikr. This arc is probably gonna be one of if not the best arc of gintama. Why? The fights,feels, and all that fucking character development.
It's on hiatus as for now. And yes the end of this video was from the last aired episode of Gintama. but I heared that the manga is soon to be ending which could possibly mean that the anime will be returning soon after the manga is finished. let's all hope so
Thunder Beast 霞, 花澄 i was also hoping for that. but the last episode showed a picture of Gintoki, Katsura, Takasugi & Sakamoto after the credits. So there is hope that this will eventually be a part of the series once it continues
I like the english version a bit more and since i had the choice between them i used the one with english lyrics so the song is not so difficult to understand for the viewers

I think chances are high that Gintama will act here like South Park in the end of Season 6 where Kenny was dead the whole season and then he appears again and says "I made holidays". I guess in the beginning of the new season they will come back and it was all a big dramatic prank with Kondou getting a nice scarface.
